“We had a great experience with Foley Pools and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, they were professional, easy to work with, and showed excellent attention to detail. One thing that really stood out was how well they managed the entire project, including their subcontractors. As you can imagine with any large construction project, there are inevitably going to be a few hiccups along the way, but what matters is how those issues are handled. Our project manager, John, and designer, Dillon, took ownership of anything that came up and made sure it was addressed quickly, thoroughly, and to our satisfaction. Communication was also strong throughout the process, and we always felt like they cared about the quality of the finished product. “We were debating a pool for quite some time. We moved to a new home and decided to pull the trigger. We looked at three different pool companies, and Foley landed right in the middle. Everyone knows pools aren't cheap, so you want to know you get good design, and great customer service. From quoting to dig day and pool school, the entire process was really smooth. They kept us informed every step of the way. Some companies only deal with the pool, but Foley handles the fence repair, irrigation, and landscaping. “Pool and spa had to be remolded after 3 years of a newly built pool by Foley’s. I share this to keep anyone going through the expense and nightmare that we have. They sold us out dated pool equipment, which fried and had to purchase new pump. The pool had leak in waterfall wall and the spa. We told them it was leaking and spent hours trying to get the warranty dept to help us. They did bucket test so no leak detected. These leaks cause the rock to decay and start falling apart and mold. Not to mention the high water bills we have paid since the pool was built. The extra cost in chemicals due to the leaks. Please do your research on this company before you invest in paying high cost for low quality work. I have cut my losses with this company. I believe you reap what you sow.”

“Foley pools is a tier above most of the rest of the pool companies in the DFW area. They are professional and competitively priced. We had issues during and after the construction: concrete in the skimmer, air blower detached from from PVC pipe, vacuum detached, check valve wasn’t initially installed, the backwash pipe incorrectly positioned and overflowed, water hose fixture leaked, you name it. However, John, Edwin, and Haven responded promptly to each of these issues and they came out and resolved all of them. They subcontract out most of their work which decreases the amount of control they have over quality. I don’t think you’ll find a pool company that doesn’t subcontract their labor, so they will all face similar quality concerns. However I measure the effectiveness of the pool contractor from how they respond to issues and the team at Foley did a good job responding and resolving. In particular, John the PM was on top of it. Great manager and extremely responsive. His job for us was especially challenging since we built a pool during the house’s new construction so he had more stakeholders and timelines to manage than a normal project. Well done! “I first started talking to Kevin Foley 3 years ago about building a pool for us. He reached out to me again to see if we were still interested in 2025, talk about persistence. I was glad he did. “We had a great experience with our pool remodel with Foley pools. Aaron P. with Foley pools came out and discussed what our ideas were, what we wanted, and took measurements of our current pool. The pool was in bad shape and had tiles popping off as well as plaster getting worn out. Aaron drew up some 3D plans showing the idea of what we wanted. We discussed our budget, timeline, and selected tiles and coping at their office in Prosper. I was a very particular client because I’m a former Architect and had a specific idea in mind for the fountain. Aaron worked with me to come up with a great design. The project started on May 19th and was done 24 days later on June 12th. Communication with our project manager John S. and Aaron was great throughout the project. All the subcontractors were skilled at their specific parts of the project and were friendly and respectful. We are so pleased with how well the pool turned out.
