Aqua Paradise Total Pool Care

Aqua Paradise Total Pool Care runs pool cleaning along with repair work and supply sales from its spot in Richmond Texas. Nick and Rhianna handle most of the customer contact and day to day pool work. The company also takes on contractor jobs such as filter swaps and pump fixes. Reviewers note that the business covers regular maintenance calls plus one time repairs when pumps or filters break down.

Customers describe jobs that start with a green or black pool and end with clear water after a filter change and new pump parts. Nick and his crew have turned several murky pools ready for swimming through repeated cleanings and chemical balance work. One customer had decking replaced but the job stretched past three weeks and acid wash killed grass around the pool. Other jobs include weekly visits that keep water numbers in range and stop the need for big fixes later.

They send an email each week with water test numbers so owners can track conditions without guessing. Reviewers call the prices fair and note quick lead times on service calls. The company answers questions about pool issues and shows up on schedule more often than prior services in the same area. Communication stays simple with direct updates on what was done each visit.

The business shows a 4.8 rating on Google. Most reviews highlight reliable cleanings, clear water results, and better service than earlier companies. Common points include steady maintenance that avoids green water and staff who know how to fix pumps and filters without extra delays.

“Started great. Went down hill quickly. Didn't show for regular cleanings very unreliable. Went 3 weeks without service at one point. Company needs better management. Took 3 weeks plus for them to replace my pool decking and contractors killed all grass surrounding pool with acid wash. They don't have the experience to manage big projects. My new pool service is a million times better. I would honestly fill my pool with dirt before giving Aqua Paradise another dime.”

“Aqua Paradise Total Pool Care is amazing. We just recently bought a home with a pool that unbeknown to us had several issues. Rhianna and Nick have been so helpful. They got my green pool a beautiful blue color , along with changing a filter and replacing parts on the pump. They do an outstanding job. I wouldn't use anyone else.”

“Nick and his staff are very reliable and have taken excellent care of our pool. It has been such a relief to have someone who knows what they are doing. After dealing with several maintenance pool companies it's easy to conclude that Aqua Paradise Total Pool Care is the best in the city and would definitely recommend them.”
