He was able to come back later within the same day to complete the job. “I called because my Hayward Tristar VS 900 pump wouldn't turn on. I had exhausted all of my troubleshooting methods so I decided to look for a company to diagnose. Andy answered the call and came by in an hour or so. He diagnosed it, said the installers should have removed the test wires the pump comes but they didn't, so the drive motor got fried. He left to get the new pump and installed a VS 950 the same day. Very nice and very knowledgeable.”
