“Pinch A Penny on Crabb River Rd. is by far the best service we've ever received. They have been servicing our pool for over a year now. Per my request they brush the pool every time. They are worth every penny! We've tried multiple companies, but they would service the pool in 5 minutes or less, which is not enough time to do a good job.”

“I had a flow issue that I though was pump related so I took it apart (Jandy Plus 2.0) .....Impeller, diffuser all looked good. I called Johnathan and he sent out one of his guys (Wes) ..... He looked at everything and agreed it all looked good - He put it back together, turned it on and no more problem (still don't know what the original issue was). I stopped by Pinch-a-Penny to square-up and was told no charge............... Good honest people”

“Edit: I want to update this review because the owner did reach out to me and apologized for the way this was first handled. He was very gracious and did give a full refund . I am changing the 1 star to a 4 star. I decided against a 5 star rating because of the trouble I had to go through to get this resolved to my satisfaction. Again, Mr Sklar was very nice and I do appreciate that he got involved. I went to this place to try to shop more locally and because of the mostly good reviews. We have a new unground fiberglass pool. We needed a vacuum so we went in here to purchase that. We bought a maytronics dolphin. It never worked to our satisfaction, stopping after a few minutes, changing direction after only a few feet. When it would climb the walls it would not come all the the way up. After approximately 1 month of owning the thing we went to start it and it did nothing. Just sat there. We took it back to the store to get a refund. The guy there who did not seem too knowledgeable about much, said he would have to talk to someone else but for us to leave it and he would call us. After 2 days of hearing nothing I called him. He had done nothing. He said that he had been too busy. W”
