About

Leslie's Pool Supplies operates a store at 2601 S Interstate 35 in Round Rock, Texas, focused on pool supplies along with service and repair work. The business handles water analysis for pools and spas, sells equipment such as pump motors and filters, and stocks replacement parts for brands like Polaris and Jacuzzi. Contact runs through the listed phone line at 512-246-1297, with the location noted for in-store pickup and some delivery options within the local area. Staff members mentioned across customer accounts include Coy, Tom, Daniel, Victoria, Blake, and Lauren, who handle day-to-day sales and service tasks at this spot.

Customers report bringing in pumps for repair or motor replacement, with Tom helping source a new pump motor at a good price and Lauren completing a Polaris fix right in the store. Water testing comes up often, including free checks that led to clear steps for balancing chemicals or fixing issues, as Blake provided for one pool owner and Daniel did for a hot tub filter purchase. Other jobs involved returning equipment like an AccuBlue test device with Coy's assistance on paperwork, locating specific rebuild parts for pumps, and getting product recommendations without extra pressure from staff. Some accounts note quick in-and-out service when parts sat ready on the counter, while others describe waits for scheduled pump work that stretched past the expected window.

The store keeps regular hours listed on the door and site, though a few visits found it closed during posted Sunday times. Pricing draws comments on items like liquid chlorine packs costing more than nearby options, and some customers switched suppliers after comparing totals. Response times vary in the accounts, with staff answering questions on the spot for DIY pool owners who know their needs, yet occasional delays occurred when technicians arrived late or records needed re-entry across systems. Service stays limited to the Round Rock location and nearby Austin spots, with no push on unrequested chemicals noted by repeat visitors who simply state what they want and receive it.

Google shows a 3.6 rating from 60 reviews. Recurring points cover helpful staff like Tom and Coy on water care and parts, alongside complaints about chemical prices, inconsistent advice across visits, forgotten service calls, and occasional store access issues.

What Customers Say

“Coy at the 1021 store in Round Rock has been extremely helpful in getting me the information I need to ensure I receive documentation that I returned the AccuBlue Home water test device. Thanks to his work on getting it done.”

M Coy

Tom Engle

“Great customer service. Helped us out with a broken pump.”

Claudia Tingle

“Amazing staff, i believe his name was Daniel. very friendly and educational. Went in there for a inflatable hot tub Filter. They had exactly what I needed, and it was only six dollars win win. Highly recommend this place. They do free water testing too for your pool or spa”

Alex Roebuck

“A very knowledgeable, patience and kind guy name Tom assisted me couple of weeks ago and since then I’ve been coming back to this location even tough I have a Leslie’s store much closer to my house. Tom takes the time to explain how to have and keep your pool sparkling clean and safe to swim as well as to recommend products and how to use them in the pool. I trust his advice 100% and since we’ve been coming to this location and been talking to Tom, taking care of our pool is not overwhelming anymore as it used to be! Tom you’re amazing! There should be one Tom on each location!”

Maureen Torres

“This review is not specific to this location but since Leslie's did not post the review I wrote on their website they left me no choice. My review was regarding the price of their "Liquid Chlorine 4-Pack of 1 Gallon Bottles" for $40. Ten dollars per gallon is over DOUBLE what other stores in Austin, TX are charging. That is such a rip off I wouldn't consider buying anything from them! Before you buy any of the chemicals "they say you need" for your pool, do yourself a favor and check out Trouble Free Pool's website. They are a non-profit that you can trust for honest pool knowledge.”

Russ Decker

“I've had all good experiences here. I know what I need for my water, so I can't speak to their advice regarding water chemistry, but as a DIY pool type, I love the fact that they don't try to push products I don't need and didn't ask about. I walk in and tell them what I need, they show me where it is and help me carry it to the car. They always acknowledge me, even when the store is busy and they can't help me right away.”

Kimberley Davis

“Purchase a new pool pump/motor from Leslie’s and I was scheduled for Tuesday May 2,2018 from 1-5pm Spent all day at home waitin finally at 4:40pm I contacted the store to see what is going on. They told me “the technician is coming to get the pump now and should be there by 6pm” in another word they completely forgot and offer zero compensation. If you don’t value your time and love being lie to and like dealing with business with a F*#k customer attitude Leslie’s is for you.”

Hai Hua Liu

“Supposed to be open...sign says from 9 to 6 on sunday. Same as webpage. its not. Store is closed. Thanks for wasting the customers time Leslie's round rock!!”

Jason W

“Got tired of excess spending and never gaining ground. Switched to another local pool supply place! Do your homework and learn to “pinch-a-penny”! You’ll get by on a lot more for a lot less. Their name says it all!”

Jeremy Boehm

“They own the jacuzzi brand and are the only ones who sell replacement parts. They don't make enough or the products are of such low quality that they can't fix my pool pump after 3.5 weeks. This is a coorporate structuring issue, the staff in the store has anyways been very friendly.”

Matthew Schmitt

“A closer pool shop was giving us good customer service and great pricing. Hadn't been in leslie's lately, but thought I'd drop by and Victoria totally turned me around with amazing customer service and showed me the current promotion. Ended up buying from these guys again! Good job guys, thank you!”

David Graham

“Coy is awesome! Thank you”

A Thomas

“Wow, I see a lot of the similar complaints. You would think that they might do something about it. I won't go back to this Leslie's unless I am absolutely desperate. I went in and stood at the front desk of Leslie's (long time customer of Warehouse Pool). Anyway, all of the records were in the system, but because they have 2 systems, I had to stand and re-give info anyway. Alright, while I am giving info, the guy working with me, answers the first phone call, while I stand in front of him patiently waiting. Then he gets off and we begin again. The 2nd phone call comes, and this time he is on the phone, with me standing in front of him, for at least 10 minutes, while he pretends to multi-task and run the water sample I had brought in. Finally, he gets off of the phone, and we continue. Since my first priority was to purchase a spring for my filter, so we got that, and he tells me I need acid for my pool (according to the sample). I asked if they could help install the spring on the dial we had brought in, and he reluctantly said yes. We went to the rear of the store, where he put the dial and the spring into a machine used for this purpose. The problem was, however, that”

Tonya Hindes

“Worst customer service ever! Had my water tested and the guy gave me a piece of paper and walked away. I had to stop him and ask him to tell me what was wrong with the water and what I needed to fix the issue. Each time it's like that so I think it's best to take my business elsewhere.”

Jacki Mulkey

“I would give it 0 stars if I could. Stay away! First guy told me I had to much chlorine and needed a neutralizer. Next guy a few days later tells me I need more chlorine. Hundreds of dollars and wasted chemicals later the third time we went in 2 guys at the counter were telling us complete opposite things about the chlorine and what chemicals we should waste money on next. Not to mention Paul rolled his eyes at me. This place is rude and unknowledgable.”

Kathy Opatrny

“A young man named Blake G. assisted me today. He analyzed my water and gave me clear and concise instructions to remedy my situation. There was no pressure and he was very patient.”

Kamren Harris

“FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! The store manager, Lauren, fixed my Polaris in the store! That's what I call going "above and beyond" what is expected. Highly recommend to my neighbors with pools!”

David Bartley

“Great service. Called confirm they had a part to rebuild pool pump. Walked in and they had the part on the counter. I was in and out. Always nice service.”

Nathan Morris

“I love this place! They are life savers, have been SO helpful with our pool. The staff is excellent!! 5 stars Round Rock!!”
