“We contracted Claffey to remodel our pool and add an expanded outdoor living/kitchen space. We are delighted with the results. The project took a little longer than expected (mostly due to weather) but the workmanship and quality of the finished product was well worth the time! What we appreciate most about Claffey is how they stood behind their work. During and following the project there were a few minor mistakes/misunderstandings. Claffey did not question or hesitate to make them right to our satisfaction and at no additional cost. Hopefully we will not be taking on a project of this size again anytime soon but if you're considering a pool/outdoor remodel, highly recommend you call Claffey! See before and after photos.”

“Things started off great as we got a designer that paid attention to detail, really listened, and incorporated what we really wanted and brought that to reality. After than we hit a bumpy patch as the communication dropped off, what we were told was not followed through on, and it was a constant struggle to get answers and what we were told we we were going to be given (and what was stated in the contract) just didn't happen. So why still a 5 start review?? Because once it was handed to operations a flip was switched, Rob is absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend him more. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and was worth every penny. Communication was transparent, he explained each and every step, and he worked his tail off to pull off what seemed unlikely every time. My wife and I had heard several pool construction nightmares prior to receiving quotes for a new pool build and after researching companies, Claffey seemed to have the reputation we were looking for. The impression made from the beginning was outstanding and started with Erin who quickly responded to us and worked around our schedules to come up with a design from scratch. We had ideas for our outdoor living space and she brought it to life more beautiful than we could have imagined. The 3D rendering provided were outstanding and when we conveniently wanted to make adjustments, Erin was able to make the changes and we never felt like a nuisance. Moving into the permit and pre-construction phase was slow and tedious and the team at Claffey was super responsive, working with our HOA through us and getting everything done that needed to be with the city. “We had a record breaking rainfall the day after my pool was cleaned. Then, we had more rain on the weekend. My pool was as blue as could be! It’s a Christmas miracle. No, our technician Chris Martin is a miracle! 😉 Claffey Pools and Chris have been the best pool service we have hired. Chris is faithfully here on our clean day every week. “Claffey was AMAZING. We started our new pool construction as soon as we closed on our house. After having 4 different designers give us largely the same design (including one designer who kept repeating, I'm giving you my pool, it's amazing--it wasn't), we were excited to hear Claffey say, "In unique spaces, you can sometimes get the most amazing results." They were great. The design was beautiful. Our construction supervisor was readily available and listened to all our concerns through the process. Once the water went in, we transitioned to their startup/finalization group who probably felt like they lived in our backyard doing everything from noting tile to replace to fixing boulders, removing frogs, and more. A week after we signed the "official" handoff taking the pool over, a torrential downpour destroyed the builder's retaining wall and flooded the pool. Claffey was there within the hour of rain stopping, assessed the issues and started helping remove excess water. They brought their team back out, cleared and installed more drains, flocked and cleaned the pool and within a week, the pool looked normal. “My husband and I could not be more pleased with the results of our pool’s extensive makeover, compliments of Claffey Pools. Working with the outstanding team of Jasen and Erin Kidd, our experience was beyond pleasant. As new clients, Erin was quick to put us at ease with her extensive knowledge and understanding of what was needed and the outcome we desired.
