“We recently worked with Watercrest Pools to design and build a custom Spool (a combination of pool, spa, and water feature) and an elevated patio — and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! From our very first meeting, Greg Neppl and his team truly understood our vision. We had spent time sketching a design based on the Golden Ratio, with flowing, organic lines to complement our home and wooded surroundings. Greg took those sketches and turned them into a stunning 3D architectural plan that perfectly captured what we had envisioned. The build process was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Brian Pucci, the onsite foreman, deserves special recognition — he was thoughtful, communicative, and meticulous throughout the project. “We had an absolutely awesome experience with Watercrest! We redid out pool and patio, adding a jacuzzi, firepit and outdoor kitchen. Even with all the rain in May, they were able to complete the job to useable status in time for my parents 60th anniversary party. The backyard is beautiful! From the design process with Greg, to the material selection with Fiorella, the actual crazy redo with Anthony and the finish work with AJ, we are extremely pleased and so glad we went with Watercrest! “Exceeded our expectations! Our pool was finished four months ago but I thought it would be worthwhile to wait until it was operating awhile before giving a review. “Watercrest finished our pool in May of 2024. We did our homework, knew what we wanted and they came through with a quality product. Enjoyed working with the staff and they were on top of every aspect though out the build. If we were to build again they would be first on our list.”

“New build (July 2023): Preston Hollow, Dallas, TX: We engaged Watercrest for our pool, decking and patio cap. We were disappointed with the finish of the concrete decking (ugly swirls, cracks and pocking) and the company's lack of response to our concerns. This was not similar to the concrete pads they showed us at our site visits. We had other contractors take a look at the work and all confirmed that it was done poorly (industry terms like "burned it" and "over trowel" were used). The owner was hostile over the phone and didn't visit the site. The people and staff were nice but this is a sales organization. Tile work, gunite, and concrete work is all outsourced. So if their vendor doesn't do a good job, they can't do anything about it. The same concrete vendor put the wrong finish on our basketball slab. Watercrest did offer to remedy that situation by nailing down our basketball tiles. Also, they take 100% of the money before the job is complete. This should have been a red flag for our family. I gave them 3 stars because the pool turned out the way we planned and looks good. Unfortunately, I would not use this organization again. Posting this to highlight the owner's lack of re”
