“James, I am very impressed by Trevor, your 'Service Tech'. Trevor is very professional and knowledgeable. Trevor was extremely prompt, and even called me about 8:20 am, asking if he could arrive early as he was about 10 minutes away from my house. Trevor arrived about 8:30 am, and we immediately "reviewed my pool, and the work needed to be done". By 9:00 am, Trevor was already installing the new 'Polaris booster pump motor'. Trevor then completed the other 'minor repairs' that were needed, and at the same time "explained what and why" he was doing specific things.
