“The sales guy didn't even acknowledge us.He was talking to another customer. He could have atleast asked us to wait. We were there to buy pool cleaning equipment. We ended up leaving the store after 20minutes of waiting. We went to Leslie pools on Hwy 6. The lady was great and we got the equipment .”

“can never get a hold of someone when calling them. Either never pick up or pick up and then put you on a long hold. Sometime they dont even bother to put you on a mute hold and you just basically waiting and listening to their conversation at the store in the background. Unbelievable...”

“The person in the front desk was NOT friendly at all I need a filter for a plastic pool he seemed upset I dont know why hes working a customer service job, then someone else came from the back and was nicer and actually helpful although I'm not coming back to this location!! Is so easy to get stuff online and not having to put up with rude people.”

“Good people knowledgeable about pool maintenance. I like that this location is open late so I still have time to drop by and buy something after work. Leslie's also tests your pool water for free. Only thing I have a problem with is that Leslie's typically sells stuff at a higher price compared to other retailers and they don't offer price match.”

“William's Trace/59 location is great. Matt and John can be trusted to get you right chems/parts for your pool. I could go to the Leslie's 10 minutes away but the 25 minute drive to their location is worth it.”

“Don't ever go to this location. They are scam artist. When you go there to test the pool water they will tell you that the cynauric acid level is high and your pool is chemically locked and that you will need to drain the pool and refill with the intention that you will buy chemicals to rebalance the pool. I went to pinch a penny and they tested the pool water and all chemicals were within the range. I would recommend to stay away from Leslie pools because I have heard lot of people having the same issues.”

“Top notch service paired with an extensive part selection makes this former Warehouse Pool Supply location superior to most Leslies stores. One of these days, Leslies is going to figure out that this format is superior to the level of service offered by other Leslies, prefabricated store layouts. Nathan and his team provide many more years of experience and selection. As a commercial customer, I drive out of my way to come to this location for product selection and customer service.”
