“Where to even start? This company has been around for a very long time and it’s because they are trustworthy and do a great job. With so many nightmare stories out there about pool builders, it was nice to know this company is solid. We had a particularly challenging situation with an oddly shaped yard and a significant easement. We needed drainage done, fences, turf, it was a true yard remodel, not just a pool project. We worked with Lauren who is incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant and arrived at a design we were very excited about despite the tight space. The project was fairly priced and what set them apart was the willingness to manage the whole project with other contractors which was absolutely critical due to the space restrictions. They worked very close to our home and set up the schedule so that it would be safe for our foundation. From start to finish it was just a few short months and the quality of work was fantastic. We got no pushback about replacing some stones we were concerned about in the coping and the tile work was meticulous. “I honestly couldn't be happier. Its very daunting to do such a big project and spend this much money on something you haven't done before. I interviewed many ( 7) pool companies before selecting Cypress Custom Pools, and to be honest when it got down to the final decision between 2, it was Lauren that made the difference. Can't quite put my finger on it but she just gave me a very reassuring feeling and let me know she would be there every step of the way. Plus she designed an awesome pool! Highlights: Aesthetic - the pool looks fantastic, and the design is functional and suits the property. When I first asked for the pool to be done I thought I wanted a rectangular pool, and Lauren did design that, and then I was a bit of a pain and said, well maybe Id like to see a free form and she designed that, then I said, well maybe id like the retaining wall different and she designed that too. Gary was an awesome designer and he delivered on the exact design we had envisioned, it actually came out better than it looked on the 3D graphic design. Right before our dig Joe our project manager came by and walked us through the whole process from dig to pool school and answered all our questions.
