“The team at pool man inc did a great job. Starting with the sales person Blake who carefully listened to our needs and showed a design which incorporated everything how we imagined. He worked with us on the pricing and was showed patience with all the queries we had. Once the project started Jon who was the supervisor for our pool kept us informed of the progress and the delays caused by weather. Vallerie who manages the scheduling was amazing and always responsive. At every point of the project I felt that selecting pool man was the right decision. “I called to report the incorrect installation of a a back flow preventer valve. I was told immediately it’s impossible for pool man to install this incorrectly and since I am outside of the warranty there was zero accountability or effort to solve the problem from pool man’s side. Attached are the photos showing the valve was installed backwards causing the flap gasket to pinch and leak water back into the pool. I am sure they will come back with excuses so let me address them now “We would have found this immediately”. Incorrect, a new flap gasket would fix the issue for a while until the crease comes back. The permanent solution is to replace the housing in the correct orientation. “How do we know the valve wasn’t replaced and installed incorrectly” because no one replaces the housing, only the internals. Also look at the photos. Everything is the same age My biggest issue is pool man’s lack of offering anytype of solution other than “we will charge you to fix this” is a crappy approach. Maybe offer to come take a look. If the pool technician believes it’s on pool man, then we will fix free of charge. If he believes it’s a replaced valve then it’s on me. Incredibly disappoint”

We first worked with Wes, the designer, over the summer to review the design and discuss exactly what we wanted. “The Pool Man did a great job with complete replacement of our existing pool. We demolished our existing free form pool that was about half the size of the new pool which is 20’x40’. The design process was easy and Blake did a great job getting us the simple design we wanted and made sure the budget was used efficiently. Alfonso and Bryan did a great job on the project management and kept us informed on the progress and they also proactively took care of many issues. Anna Marie also did a great job scheduling everything and the pool was completed in 7-8 weeks with very few days without work being performed. “We couldn't be happier with our experience with The Pool Man! We have an older pool that needed new equipment as well as new plaster. Both Laurie and Daniel were in charge of our project, and they were both amazing! The work itself was outstanding, our pool is now simply beautiful, and the pump system is greatly improved and working as it should. But perhaps the most impressive thing was the excellent communication before, during, and after the renovation process. I had a million questions, and Laurie answered every one in a timely manner and never made me feel like I was bugging her. Also, communication among staff members was excellent! The right hand always knew what the left hand was doing. How refreshing! Even after the project was finished, we had a few more questions, and they were still very happy to answer them. Daniel even came back out to talk with us in person. The workers were very respectful of my property and cleaned up each day when they were finished, not just one time at the end of the project.
