Majestic Pool Services, Inc

Majestic Pool Services, Inc handles swimming pool repair service out of their spot at 11495 FM830 in Willis, TX. They focus on fixing pools that have seen better days and get called in after other outfits leave a mess behind. One customer named Kevin as the main contact and described him as a stand up guy to work with on these jobs. The outfit stays active in the area with trucks on the road for service calls.

Customers mention pool repairs that bring the water back to clear condition after rough prior attempts. One review notes the pool ended up looking like new once the work wrapped up and says the crew kept the homeowner updated along the way. Another calls the company the best around for this kind of work. A third points to Kevin again as someone reliable to hire when the pool needs attention. These accounts center on getting the repair done right and staying in the loop during the process.

The same reviews flag issues with how their drivers handle the roads. One driver in a black Silverado got described as cutting off another vehicle while on the phone and then blocking the lane. A separate account tells of a grey Toyota that came close to a family car and then drove off with a rude gesture. These road incidents stand out as a repeated note even though the core work stays on pool fixes.

Feedback on the company runs mixed with three reviews at five stars focused on the repair results and two at one and two stars centered on the driver encounters. The Google listing shows a 3.9 rating though it draws from zero reviews there. Themes of solid pool fixes and occasional driver complaints show up across what customers have shared.

“Never received services from these people, but I was just cut off by one of their driver in a black Silverado with blue words on the back, the guy was on the phone, then after cutting me off he got over and would not allow me to get in front of him with a blinker, until he had to turn off the road. Do some damn background checks or something before hiring these people”

“Never used the services but one of the drivers in a grey Toyota almost hit our family and then drive off flipping us the bird”
