“This is the second time to post my review. Magically, my first review was removed. It's now apparent why they have 5 star reviews only. It seems if they get a negative review, they petition google to remove it. Both google and yelp are welcome to my home to see the condition of our pool. Just as you have contacted google, I will also contact google and yelp so they understand honest reviews should be heard. I took care of my pool for 13 years. I was really tired of the maintenance and decided to hire a company. Boy, did I pick the wrong one. This company double charged us for an $800 service. They took a month to refund us. They NEVER answer the phone and take FOREVER to return a call. The pool technician came to our home for our regular weekly Wednesday cleaning. I am usually not home on our pool cleaning day (I work)-I made sure I was present to discuss the swampiness of our pool condition. He stated, "yes, it does look green, I will use a different vacuum this time". I left home only to receive a call from him asking if I could turn our pool pump on, he did not know how. This company told me out of the 100's of pools they clean, they have never seen a pump like ours”

“I would give them a zero if that were an option. I have taken care of my pool for 13 years. I just really wanted a break from it and hired Bluewater. Big mistake! My pool went from pretty blue to a nasty green swamp. They double charged me for an $800 service and then took a month to provide a refund. Their office NEVER answers the phone and takes FOREVER to return a call. On Wednesday when the technician came to clean the pool, I mentioned to him how green it looked. He said “it really does look green, I will use a special vacuum.” I had to leave for an appointment. The technician proceeded to call me and asked me if I could come outside and turn the pump on because he didn’t know how and the pump needed to be on so he could use this vacuum. Again. I had already left. Next thing I know, I get a call from repair guy that had come out to see what was wrong with my pump. Please note….. Nothing was wrong with my pump. They just did not know how to turn it on. It is a smart pump. The comment to me, “of the 100’s of pools that we clean, no one has a smart pump. I find that very hard to believe. At the very least, after cleaning my pool for two months, they could have asked how”

“They did a great job building my pool, and I would definitely recommend them for pool construction. However, I haven’t had a good experience with their pool cleaning service. It seems like they have a hard time keeping the same cleaning crew, and my pool often ends up with green algae and debris. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend them for pool cleaning.”

They have done service/maintenance and pool/equipment repairs, installed new equipment, and remodeled the pool with new plaster and tile. I have known the owner for all those years, and he and his crew are excellent. “Blue Water Express. These guys are the best! I was not even their customer at the time but they came and rescued me after the big freeze of 2021 when no one else would. They patched my system and got it running. As parts and equipment became available they made trip after trip to completely repair or replace all the damaged plumbing and equipment. For that I figured they had earned my business, so I quit my current pool service and joined hands with Blue Water Express. Best decision I ever made. My pool has never looked better or been kept cleaner. Carlos and his crew are a great bunch of guys. They schedule equipment maintenance as needed and let me know ahead of time.
