“Great service, only downfall is they are extremely high on price. The other down Fall is the Greenville location staff needs more training. I took my water to be tested in the early morning and was told I needed 100.00 in chemicals. When literally the day b4 my water was perfect except chlorine was a tad high. I went back to have my water tested again b4 I added any chemicals and was told my water was fine! They could use more training on how to test the water. Chemical cost is double what you pay at Walmart. They also tried to pull the oh Walmart doesn't sell conditioner. When Leslie's wanted 40.00 a gallon and Walmart wanted 17.00 a gallon for conditioner. So do your homework b4 you get ripped off on high price chemicals!”

“Horrible experience. Hired Leslie's to fix a leak on our filter. They argued with my wife that we did not have a leak on our filter, but found one on our in-line chlorinator. They ordered parts to return and do repair. Arrived without gasket to fix filter leak or chlorinator leak! Tech removed the chlorinator without our permission. Third service call they installed the leaking filter gasket, and was supposed to reinstall chlorinator. Yes, you guessed it, they did not have the parts to do so!! We've been waiting over a month now, and everyone time we call they tell us they have to order the parts for the Chlorinator. Paid close to $300 to have our pool system jacked up!!! RUN DON"T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO Integrity or ethics!!!!”
