“These people do fabulous work! We used them 2 years ago to repair our pool gunite and they installed a beautiful blue pebble tec. This year our tile began falling off from the freezes the past couple of years and the pool had been built in 1998 so it was time. Rick Morton made it all so easy, texting me tile samples and advising what we needed to do to fix the tile issues. We picked the tile and the following week they came out, drained the pool, and installed the new tile all in 3 days! They also installed stone on the top of the spa instead of tile which will save on future repairs! Then they cleaned everything up so well, as though nothing had been disrupted in the backyard. We can’t be happier with the finished work. It’s so beautiful! Great company and great work for a very reasonable price!”

“Let me say that I typically reserve my reviews for businesses that either exceed or fall below expectations. Morton Pool Solutions has been the single best organization I have worked - period. I have now used Rick for multiple jobs, but I want to point one out specifically. I contracted with Morton Pool to replace my old coping and put in a nice pebble pool finish which came out fantastic. Over the course of the next year, I noticed some of the flagstone coping not holding up as expected (completely normal as these are natural stones with differing compactness). Rick came back out to my house several times, and worked with me throughout the next several months. His own conclusion was that he wasn't happy with that stone batch, so he replaced at his own cost. With any other agency, I would've been fighting this tooth and nail, but the stone wasn't holding up to Rick's high standards, so there was no fuss at all. I appreciated this so much, I hired him on the spot to build a beautiful grotto waterfall for me which turned out better than expected. “UPDATE 01/2021: Had a warranty issue in the spa attached to the pool. Ended up being a significant repair, but Rick was able to address and resolve the issue at no cost to me.
