“Working with All Star Roofing was an extremely frustrating experience, and I am far from impressed. My property manager hired them to replace a wind turbine that had blown off of my rental property's roof. They charged us for two turbines but only replaced one. When we realized the error, my PM promptly reported it to All Star. At least half a dozen calls/messages, more than one promise of "It will get done today or tomorrow", and two months later, the mistake still had not been corrected. When my PM suggested a refund instead, All Star miraculously managed to replace the second turbine the next day. I do not appreciate dishonest contractors who play games with my time and money and provide poor customer service. As a result, I would rather spend more to hire a company that is courteous and prompt, values their customers, and takes pride in providing the best service possible. I do NOT plan on allowing my PM to hire All Star for any future projects involving my property.”
