“Wow, what a great experience. Have you been in a situation where you know you have a leak and really weren't expecting to have one? We have a metal roof that we tried to insure we wouldn't have to worry about issues after retiring and going on fixed incomes. The July 5th storm proved that all leaks are possible. I reached out to Bunton Roofing, after hearing they were a well respected company, as soon as I saw the water marks on the ceiling. I assumed it would be at least a week before they could come out. Within 2 days, they came out and identified where the leak came from - a dryer vent stack. I was told they were in the area doing repairs and that they would fix it and inspect the rest of the roof. Within 36hrs, the vent was repaired and the roof was inspected - no other issues. We didn't have to file an insurance claim.
