Instead of putting a new roof on there they tried to get away with just a spot repair. After nearly having to go to litigation, Clear Choice came in and took such good care of us. J.D. made sure that we were looped in on every bit of communication since we really couldn't trust the seller at that point. They got the job done quickly, checked in with us afterwards to make sure we were happy, informed us of the materials they used to give us peace of mind, and even fit us in earlier than expected due to some schedule space opening on their calendar. I hopefully won't need another roof for 30 years, but if I did, I'd call Clear Choice Roofing of West Texas again in a heartbeat.”
