JL Contractors DFW

JL Contractors DFW runs roofing jobs from Allen, Texas. They handle residential and commercial roof replacements, repairs, storm damage restorations, and related work like gutter installs and chimney caps. The team also takes on inspections and insurance claims. Jaydee Lucason, Kyle, Gunnar, and Justin lead most of the site work and customer talks.

Homeowners describe full roof swaps where crews laid tarps to catch debris and left the yard clean. Kyle spotted and fixed loose nails, missing spouts, and vent stack paint that prior roofers skipped. Several jobs started after insurance denials, with the crew stepping in to get approvals and complete the rebuilds. Jaydee walked through options on what needed immediate attention versus what could wait, while Gunnar handled wind storm repairs and Justin managed larger fix-and-flip projects with tight schedules.

They show up on time for inspections, keep phone and text contact steady from first visit to final walkthrough, and explain each stage without rushing decisions. Work often finishes the same day on small repairs or within the quoted window on bigger replacements. Pricing stays straightforward, and the crew covers the DFW area plus spots like Abilene and Preston Hollow.

All feedback sits at five stars across the listed reviews. Common notes cover clear explanations, insurance help, attention to missed details, and crews that clean up after themselves.

“JL Contractors did a tremendous job in replacing my home’s roof. I was impressed by their punctuality and work processes. The friendly crew was well organized and was respectful of the property. Placing tarps around the perimeter provided extra comfort from the possibility of stray nails normally found after a roof replacement. The entire process from the in-depth consultation, selecting the items through installation met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jaydee Lucason for your care and professionalism!”

“Kyle came and inspected our roof. He was very punctual, professional and polite! He found some things that other roof inspectors missed. It was the little details of needing spouts and nails sealed and paint on our vent stacks. Things that were not taken care of by the last roofer He took care of these, did a great job on the same day at a great price. He educated us on our roof and gave us much needed info. We have no roof damage, but if we ever do, Kyle will be our go to guy. The job he did actually gave my home a beautiful face lift. Thank you Kyle.”

“Kyle with JL Contractors did an outstanding job with my parent's roof in Abilene, Texas. My parent's situation was quite different due to my mother having Alzheimer's and not understanding the process. Kyle was very kind and sat with both of my parents countless times to explain the whole process to them so that they would understand. He even sat and had a regular conversation with them about all kinds of things. He was patient enough with them to build a relationship with them in order for them to trust him. His crew was outstanding with the work they did on the roof. They were meticulous with every stage of the putting on the new roof and afterwards, you would never know that they were there putting on a new roof. One incredible company and I can't thank Kyle or his crew enough for all they did for my parents! Mildred Petty”
