RUFCO CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING LLC

RUFCO CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING LLC works out of Amarillo in the Texas Panhandle, where they focus on roofing for homes. They handle roof installs and full replacements along with leak repairs and insurance claims that come up after storms hit the area. The crew stays busy across Amarillo and the nearby towns because wind, hail, and big temperature swings wear down shingles and underlayment faster than in milder climates. Homeowners call them when a roof starts leaking into attics or when an adjuster needs to see storm damage documented properly before any work begins.

Roofing crews in this part of Texas spend a lot of time dealing with hail dents that crack granules off asphalt shingles and leave felt exposed to the sun. They also cut out rotted decking after leaks have sat for a season, then put down new ice and water shield along the eaves before laying fresh shingles. When an insurance claim gets approved, the same teams strip the old layers, check for hidden rot around vents and valleys, and make sure flashing gets replaced so water does not find a new path under the roof. Work often starts early to beat the afternoon heat and wind that picks up across the plains, and they keep tarps and temporary patches on hand for sudden downpours during multi-day jobs.

Customers keep coming back because the jobs finish on schedule and the new roofs hold up through the next round of Panhandle weather without callbacks for leaks. The crew shows up when they say they will, explains the scope in plain terms, and sticks to the price once the work is underway. That steady performance adds up across the reviews left by local homeowners. DIRT Score 4.36 from 21 reviews on Finds.
