“I had two inspections done on the same day: A/C and roof. The A/C and heating inspection revealed issues with my insulation. That will be fixed at no cost to me. My roof, which is only 4 years old, is also showing signs of wear, which will be monitored and compared to the results of next year's inspection. Though my maintenance plan used to include yearly plumbing and electrical inspections, those were not offered this year because the previous inspection is apparently good for more than one year. That is new to me.”
