“Empire contractors were clean, thorough and very detailed with the whole installation process they covered up the plants and pool. After they left, you would’ve never known that they were there. Thanks empire for taking care of my Grandmas house!”

“Its long, but worth the read: Their workers left their leaky truck in front of my house all day long. Devaluing my curb appeal and their workers weren’t very responsive. Left a message, and if they clean it up the I’ll change the post. I would not use their services, if they can’t pay attention to the little things, what would ever make me think their taking care of the big things… It’s already leaking off the pad and who knows how much is under it, or how much more will run off. Update Post Response: They put some dirt on it to clean it up. Will gladly update again if there is any additional work done, as well as the resulting stain. Final Update: Was pulled away from my gaming session to find the workers and owner of the truck at my door. They were here to clean up the spot and they did a good job. Its rare to find a company that will do what they say. Perhaps because they wanted to do the right thing, perhaps in response to the review. Regardless... They did a good thing to come out and try and clean up the mess, Which I am very grateful for in the end. Upgraded to 4 stars... “Lucio came out to do a roof inspection due to a recent hail storm and a small leak we had in the garage. Come to find out the roof was fine and without damage but there was a small hole that was causing the leak in the garage. They fixed the hole free of charge. If I ever have any future roofing issues or problems their company is who I'd be calling. Lucio was very professional, knowledgeable and provided good customer service and performed a thorough check of my roof. I would highly recommend this company for services.”
