“I had an inspection scheduled for today with sub contractor Abraham Rodriguez . Unfortunately, he did not show up and provided extremely unprofessional service throughout the process. I was informed that I did not need to be present for the inspection, yet no communication was provided regarding his absence. In addition, despite several attempts to contact him by phone and text, there was no response, update, or courtesy notification. This lack of communication and responsibility is very disappointing and unacceptable. I would appreciate clarification on what happened and assistance with rescheduling the inspection with a more reliable contractor.”
