“We first reached out to 21st Century Painters back in May 2022 for a whole-house estimate. Although we weren’t ready to kick off the project just yet, their reasonable quote and stellar reputation in the Austin area kept them at the top of my list. Fast forward to March 2026: as we began preparing for broader home renovations, we reconnected with them for an updated whole-house quote. After hiring a handyman to take care of minor repairs around the house, we were finally ready to paint by May. Because 21st Century is so popular with local school districts and commercial clients, their summer schedule fills up fast. However, they promised they could start our project in August during the first week of school, and they delivered right on schedule. “10/10 Excellent painting work by Juan and his team. My project involved painting all the interior walls in a 2 story house, including trim, doors, garage, some ceilings. The team worked hard, was very nice and polite. They did an amazing job. I am detail oriented, so I can catch any mishaps, but the painters did such a good job, that it seems everything was perfect! Minor details were touched up as the project wrapped up toward the final walk through. They wrapped everything properly in plastic, protected furniture, removed blinds and electrical outlets, moved items to protect them from getting any paint. Also, I took a bit longer to finalize some of the colors in my house, but they were very flexible and understanding and smartly resolved some last minute changes that I chose to make. They also did some carpentry construction to replace damaged wood around the garage, doors and other locations around our exterior. After doing the siding they painted all of the houses exterior and our shed. We got four bids from various contractors. Their price was right in the middle of the bids, so we knew it was a fair quote. We also found that their estimate was much more detailed than the other bids, so we knew there would be less $ surprises at the end of the work. The work itself was perfect as well. The site coordinator and the crew clearly communicated with each other and us. We plan to use 21st again when we replace our roof as they are dependable, skilled and do an excellent job.”
