“We were hit by a storm this past weekend. I called Cool Roofs and spoke to Rafel on Saturday morning, by Saturday afternoon Rafel was inspecting our damage. The quote from Cool Roofs was reasonable so we gave them the go ahead to fix the damage. Rafel had a crew out Sunday morning and by noon they were done. Their work was impressive and professional. Rafel took videos on each stage of the job and kept me well informed. I would recommend Cool Roofs to anyone that is in need of roofing work.”

“Cool Roofs has been phenomenal to work with! Colton Moncla and his crew represent the best of the best when it comes to quality, efficiency, and overall customer care. From detailed inspections to seamless execution, their work is top-tier. Highly recommend Cool Roofs for any roofing needs!”

“I'd like to Thank Cool Roofs especially Dillon and Mikey and Ray. And when 3 other roofing didn't come thru Cool Roofs did. Dillon kept me well informed on the estimate for the insurance and working with the adjusters. Insurance came through and got the funds for a total roof replacement and other repairs from wind damages. GREAT JOB Dillon, Mikey and Ray”

“Having repairs done at a home can be stressful and sometimes intimidating. Hudson and Owen were my primary contacts in Austin, TX, and they were wonderful to work with. I was able to get a free estimate the same day, and they made affordability a priority for me. They were also quick to complete the scheduled work (roof, solar panels and gutters). I’m very glad I chose Cool Roof, they were professional and consistently followed through at every stage. I especially appreciated their clear communication and the photos they shared to document all repairs.”

“Great experience with Cool Solar installing our system with a battery! Big thanks to Robert for clearly explaining the process and making sure we saved money. Smooth installation and very professional—highly recommend!”

“Rudy and Ray took great care of me. Super easy process. They made it really easy for me to choose which style roof to go with. Great communication to include that with insurance. Roof went up super fast. It’s been a few months now and absolutely no issues. Do recommend!”

“Colt Rush made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was honest, kept me informed every step of the way, and followed through on everything he said. It’s rare to find someone with that level of integrity and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cool Roofs to friends and family.”

“Professional & Genuine I had a great experience working with Colt Moncla and the Cool Roofs team. Colt and his team were professional, personable, and great to work with from start to finish. I really enjoyed meeting the team and appreciated the overall experience. Highly recommend Cool Roofs!”

“My experience with Jonathan Blanchard (JB) and the Cool Roofs Team was fantastic. Our home had an original roof from ~2006 and JB and Team provided an honest assessment, delivered a fair quote, and his Team completed the project in less than half a day. The crew arrived early, worked hard, and left no trace! Excited to not have to deal with any roofing issues in the future.”

“This is the first time I am with Cool Roof. But I am totally happy with the works of the teams. Special Daniel and Cody who are very helpful with experiences. Always prompt answers if I need the explanations. Daniel he so friendly and helpful even he was working in Brazil at that time . Also the teams of workers at my house who came very early about 6:00am and completed installation around 3;00pm. They prepare or clean very careful. I have to give the Teams 5stars……”

“Five star rating to Eddie Jaimes on his work done at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Cedar Park in 2022. Eddie is an extremely knowledgeable and professional young man. Very kind and caring. I highly recommend Eddie to anyone who wants to use his service. Big plus- he’s bilingual!”

“I give Kevin Putnam / Cool Roofs 5 stars for communication, speed, quality, integrity, and being solution focused. I only have 2 real thumbs, yet Kevin deserves 👍 👍 👍 because he had a solar crew remove my solar system, then a roof crew removed all the old shingles/flashing and installed the new shingles/flashing, and then the solar crew reinstalled my solar system. Thank you Kevin and Cool Roofs!!!”

“We have worked with Hudson and team at Cool Roofs more than once, and there is really no other Austin roofing company I trust more. Hudson is responsive, fair, and offers you multiple individualized options, with decades of professional experience and knowledge to back it up. We recommend Cool Roofs to everyone and will continue to use them in the future!”

“Im 74, and have no idea about how to handle all the leagle problems that happen owning a home. Kris with Cool Roof navigated the process and in less than a week. Estimate to tearoff and install. Kris went to the bank with me to field any questions, Tearoff and new roof happened in 1 day. Im not kidding one day. No trash in the yard. All the workmen were polite. They felt more like nephews than strangers. I completely trust them. In fact a competing roofer came by and stole my identity, THEN TRIED TO TAKE A LOAN. Kris even helped me navigate through that problem.”

“Colt and the Cool Roofs team always are super fast to respond, have GREAT communication, and provide friendly, reliable service whether it be a small repair, or total roof replacement. We have worked with multiple employees here and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great experience with Cool Roofs from start to finish. Hudson was informative, professional, and supportive all along the way, making it very easy to work with our insurance company to get a new roof installed quickly. Any question we had was answered promptly and any issue was resolved quickly and with courtesy. As an example, we found a number of roofing nails found around our home. Our project manager, Eddie (also fantastic), came back to our home to sweep the property multiple times for nails. Both Eddie and Hudson clearly wanted to go above and beyond and consistently did, which I find to be more and more exceptional these days. We were so pleased with the work, we had them take on our rental home for a second project. I know there are plenty of roofers out there There are few, however, that ONLY do this work and do it with this level of integrity and excellence, which is why I would highly recommend Cool Roofs for any roofing project.”

“These guys have completed multiple new roofs for me, and every experience has been top-notch. They’re super friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. Communication is always clear, timelines are respected, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. It’s not easy finding a contractor you can fully trust, but I’m honestly grateful I came across them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work!”

“Colt Rush was great to work with and the crew did a very good job completing our roof. Excellent contractor.”

“Eddie Jaimes consistently delivers an exceptional level of service. As our go-to Commercial Roofing Specialist, he brings a high degree of professionalism, industry knowledge, and attention to detail to every project. He communicates clearly, sets accurate expectations, and ensures a smooth, efficient process from start to finish. Our Real Estate team specializes in commercial real estate, and our brokerage values the opportunity to partner with Eddie. His reliability, responsiveness, and commitment to quality make him a trusted resource for both our team and our clients. We highly recommend Eddie Jaimes for any commercial roofing needs.”

“Eddie, Owen, and the team did a great job! We had a problematic tile roof repair that they tackled expertly. There are many firms that shy away from tile roofs, preferring to quote a roof replacement instead. But Cool Roofs quoted the repairs and carried them out. If I ever DO need a new roof, however, I will be calling them.”
