He could have told us we needed a new chimney, but instead he fixed and waterproofed our existing chimney. He also cleaned our gutters and installed leaf filters. “If you are in need of roof repair, I would highly recommend Dayton Co. Roofing. We'd been fortunate enough to never have a home which required roof repair. When we had the last big hail storm, our home was hit bad, cracking skylights and damaging the shingles. I reached out to a few local companies, including Dayton Co. Roofing. I received a call back within 15 mins offering to schedule someone to come out to take a look. My wife and I just felt like this was going to be the right company for us, so we moved forward with them. Shane and his team were very prompt, upfront and patient as it took me and my wife a little longer to get ready to start. Once we gave the green light, Levi, who was wonderful to work with, got the job started immediately. “Our friends worked with this company to replace their roof and recommended them to us. I called Shane, the owner and the next day he sent Caleb to inspect the roof. This was really a stress free experience. We had to go out of town and we returned to a beautiful new roof. When the work was finished, Caleb came to make sure all was well. He also painted the areas of my house where the shingles had hit up against it making marks, and he took a magnetic tool and made sure all nails were picked up. “I worked with Shane Dayton, owner of Dayton Contracting Roofing and Renovation at the beginning of May 2018. From the beginning, Shane was responsive to initial inquiry for estimate. He responded within the hour, on the weekend, and promptly scheduled a time to come out and review the damage. Upon reviewing damage, Shane spent ample time on site reviewing damage and answering questions and quickly wrote up estimate. The timeline to finish repairs and breakdown of each part of job were spot on. Shane's team finished the repair in a two day time span. The team who came out were professional, friendly and answered questions as they came up, as well. The cleaned up at the end of each day and upon completion, did a triple check for any nails that may have been left.
