Their customer service is exceptional, their pricing is fair, and it's even better knowing you're supporting a family-owned business. It's refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and takes pride in doing quality work. Alex initially came out to look at some concerns I had with my fascia. Instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary work, he was completely honest and explained that there was nothing structurally wrong and that making repairs wouldn't be worth the effort. During our conversation, I explained that my main concern was whether the fascia would support new gutters. Alex let me know that they also install gutters and provided a quote that was very competitive—right in line with my expectations and actually lower than the larger gutter companies I had already received estimates from. Joe came out to measure the house before the installation and was courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Adam came and did a very thorough inspection, taking pictures and explaining everything to me in a way that was very easy to understand. He not only inspected the inside and outside of our entire roof (not just the area where the leak occurred), but he also inspected the roof of our detached garage. He ended up reassuring us that our roof was in good shape and didn't need any work immediately but showed us a few things to keep our eye on. I was very impressed that he didn't try to sell us on anything unnecessary and at the same time was so thorough.
