“Company had installed our roof 11 years ago and we called when spots appeared on our ceiling. They inspected our roof and told us there was no leak, the spots appeared to be splatter from below (life with grandkids). They even brought a ladder inside and cleaned the spots for us, no charge. “They did a terrible job. The company has poor communication. I didnt ever get my quote. They apparently did the roof when the house was being built, so i thought i would use the same Roofer. When i called i was told another week, and so on until i finally gave up. Dont waste your time here. The owner was also incredibly rude and just yelled on the phone. I couldn't understand him and why he was yelling at me when i was the one just looking for a promised quote. 3 months later and still have never seen anyone come out. His daughter answered my call the last time and was just as terrible. This company really should not be in business they are not any different than people taking your money and running.”

And when we had some questions about a chimney cap that needed replacing? He gave us an estimate and when we decided to go another route, gave us the measurements we needed to make it happen.
