“Chris Dunn originally put in a brand new roof for the previous owner right before we purchased the home. The roof looks great and has not leaked with all of the rain we have had this summer. The one thing I was disappointed with was the plywood mess the crew left in the attic storage space. I emailed Chris and he was super responsive, offering to come out right away to resolve. He also had his office transfer the warranty to us. When he came out, he brought his shop vac and within 15 mins had the attic all cleaned up including the attic stairs. He was very friendly and easy to work with and clearly cares about the reputation of his company. I would definitely consider him in the future for roof or gutter work.”

“I recently had the 1955 original siding replaced on my house in North Austin by Kingfisher (who does more than roofs). First off, Rok was a great starting point as a saleperson, knowledgeable, friendly, good listener and not pushy. There were many rain related delays and they kept me up to date with each change in the schedule. The were even apologetic, but I told them I agreed that waiting until there was a clear block in the weather forecast was the smart decision. Alleigh was the jobsite manager and was incredibly attentive and responsive to my neighbors concerns about a trailer parked close (in that neighbors opinion) to their driveway. The team was great with demolition (my siding required asbestos abatement) and they cleaned up very thoroughly. They provided all the necessary protective equipment and had their workers take their time on removing ayet still finished tear off and re-wrap in one day. Install went very smoothly as well, and when they suggested adding soffit (a very good idea) they gave me a super reasonable quote as an add-on. I had a pest inspection done for an unrelated reason and I later discovered they had actually covered absolutely all possible rodent”

After a thorough inspection, Jacob came down and explained that he believed he had identified the source of the leak. He told me he would arrange for a repair crew to come out, although he wasn't sure exactly when they would be available. Wanting to prevent any further water damage, Jacob went above and beyond saying he would return later in the day with caulk to temporarily seal the area until the repair was completed. To my surprise, Jacob called back later that same day and let me know that a crew would actually be able to come out that afternoon. The level of communication, responsiveness, and customer service was outstanding. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
