The company operates around the clock every day of the week and keeps customers updated through the full process from inspection to final walkthrough. Reviewers noted reasonable pricing compared with other bids, quick responses to questions, and crews that used tarps and removed all debris before leaving. Work covers Austin neighborhoods and extends to other Texas spots such as Round Rock and San Antonio based on completed projects.

“Alex morose was awesome! He guided us through the whole process! We had some issues with insurance and decided to go through the process of paying out of pocket. Alex gave us the best quote and got the crew started very quickly and kept up with us through whole repair! Would most definitely work with them again”

“I worked with Alex Morose. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They replaced my entire roof almost in 1 day. They had to come back the next day to finish up a few things. They did an amazing job and cleaned everything up before they left. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.”

“My house got hit by hail and I had to replace the roof, gutters, doors, etc. The first couple of times I hired a different company to do my roof and it was a disaster. LOA came in and did an excellent job all around in my house. It's a three story house and has a metal roof so it wasn't an easy job. They also did my gutters and installed a couple of doors and it's all looking great. Beyond that the price was much more reasonable than other companies. I also checked their work in a different property before I hired them and it was also good work. I worked with Micah and he's very communicative, accommodating, and will go the extra mile to make sure your house looks beautiful, the site is clean and you are happy with the work.”

“I found LOA Roofing on a Google search. I dealt with Josh Knox throuout the process. He did a thorough roof inspection. We needed to replace the shingles, add some ventilation to the attic, and have a problem with the roof leaking in the added room of the house. Past repairs dealt only with repairing the leak but not fixing the main reason for the leaks. Josh and his team identified the problem and fixed it for good. The work was completed in one day. The process was handled professionally in all respects. I am happy to give Josh and his crew a 5 star review.”

“I typically don't leave reviews often, but the work done by Jay and his team from LOA Roofing was indeed fabulous and worth six stars. I recently had my entire roof replaced by LOA Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jay and his team were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. After several meetings, I was fortunate to have Jay and LOA Roofing handle everything. Jay went above and beyond to repair a leakage issue, ensuring that my home was protected before scheduling the entire replacement months later. On the work day, the team worked quickly and quietly, completing the job in no time without any issue. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the work was done, leaving my property spotless. Additionally, they handled the dismantling and re-installation of my solar panels with great professionalism, saving me a huge amount of time dealing with the solar company. The new roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident in the quality of their work. I highly recommend LOA Roofing and especially Jay for his outstanding service!”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was great, they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole project. The final result exceeded my expectations-my roof looks incredible and everything was done perfectly. You can tell they truly care about customer satisfaction. 100% recommended.”

“We recently had our roof replaced by LOA. Great company. Miriam Dover was very insightful with the.roof inspection as well as working and staying in contact with our insurance. We were able to get the roof replaced in a short time and all work was completed same day. Top notch company to work with from top to bottom. We were kept in the loop with everything from the insurance to the delivery of the materials. They went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you LOA.”

“We recently had our roof and gutters completely replaced due to wind and hail damage, and cannot say enough positive things about LOA Roofing. Specifically, Will Christensen personally oversaw our project and his professionalism and attention to detail were evident from our very first conversation. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, timeline, and what we could expect at each stage. LOA made dealing with the insurance claim process incredibly smooth. Their roofing crew worked efficiently; no delays and they took care of every detail, from nail cleanup to debris removal. Throughout the entire project, communication was outstanding. Will was always available when we had questions and provided regular updates on progress. We would absolutely use their services again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Simon at LOA Construction, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was extremely responsive, professional, and always took the time to walk us through every challenge that came up during the project. Simon went above and beyond to help me and my client with a very complex siding, rafter, and roof repair. His clear communication, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process smooth and successful. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to deliver excellent results, Simon is the one!”

“5 Stars - Best in Class Service! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with LOA Roofing on a metal roof replacement in the Bouldin Creek area! From start to finish, Johnny and his crew delivered best-in-class service that completely exceeded my expectations. Johnny was professional, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable — he walked me through the entire process and made everything easy to understand. His crew was punctual, respectful, and worked with precision and attention to detail. The new metal roof they installed is absolutely top-notch — not only does it look amazing, but the quality and craftsmanship are clearly second to none. They truly went above and beyond—repairing my damaged siding, painting, and leaving everything spotless. They made the entire project completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, honest roofing company in Austin, I highly recommend LOA Roofing. Johnny and his team are the real deal! Highly, highly recommend!”

“Roof replacement due to age, so insurance wouldn’t cover it. Travis worked with me on a fair price, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up on schedule and completed the entire job in one day. They laid out large tarps around the house to catch debris and were very respectful throughout the process. They left my yard spotless and even checked with my neighbor to tidy up any pieces that went over the fence. What I thought was rotted plywood turned out to be a loose fascia board. It wasn’t included in the original scope, but they had someone who could fix it right away along with a loose gutter, and it was all done with no delays. The project turned out great, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Riley at LOA was a first rate professional overseeing my roof replacement. From first contact to final invoice, his attention to detail, consistent communication and coordination with my insurance company made the process easier than I imagined it could be. The hardworking roofing crew did an excellent clean up job. Love my new roof. Thank you, Riley!”

“I had a very good experience with LOA Roofing. The work was done efficiently, carefully, and with great professionalism. They were able to identify details that I had not noticed and made sure everything was properly repaired. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and truly care about providing quality service. I highly recommend them with complete confidence.”

“The team at LOA was so amazing to work with. Travis made sure the job was handled in a professional manner from start to finish. There were no surprises and/or delays. The roof and gutters look great. We are so happy we were referred to LOA from multiple friends that had used LOA previously for other projects. Thanks Travis and the LOA Team for taking care of us. We highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Charlie M.”

“LOA turned a burst pipe fiasco into an absolute blessing. We are thrilled with the work Sam directed in what turned into a major redo of our mid-century modern home in South Austin. From start to finish over our three months of working together, Sam and his teams were professional, punctual and skilled at their trades. And even though we decided to add more work to the contract for him and his team, we still were able to move back home on the original timeline! Sam was incredible to work with, he has an eye for detail, and an ability to translate processes into layman’s terms so we were always in the know of who and what were happening next. Sam runs a tight, clean ship, and didn’t lose a day to scheduling. Behind the scenes, LOA keeps clear records of pricing and draws, and even has an in-house insurance adjuster to help us. While we’re thrilled to be back in our beautiful new home, we’re sad to not see Sam, his brother Jon, Gilbert, Jesus, Elvis, and the rest of the crew! All delightful, skilled and professional people who will bless your home with their incredible work ethic and love of their trades.”
