Luma Exteriors

Luma Exteriors operates out of Austin as a roofing contractor that also handles siding, window and door installs, gutter work, exterior painting and outdoor projects. Daniel and Patrick lead the jobs with Chris Lee handling some consultations. The business lists an address at 9600 Escarpment Blvd and stays open daily from eight in the morning until six at night. Their Google listing covers roofing contractor services along with gutter, paint, remodel and window work.

Customers call them for leaking window seals on older homes, full replacements of builder-grade windows and doors, siding swaps, exterior paint refreshes and gutter additions. Reviews mention fixes that stopped water issues around frames, new siding and paint that updated the back of houses, and outdoor builds that matched what owners wanted. Daniel and Patrick show up to check work during and after jobs, while crews handle installs on homes in Austin and nearby Lakeway. One project turned old French doors into modern sliders and replaced windows to refresh the whole look.

They answer calls quickly, keep schedules without added costs, and stay in touch through each step. Pricing comes in reasonable with options shown upfront and no extra charges later. Work stays clean on site even with kids and pets around, and crews respect the property. Service covers the Austin area with projects finished on the original timeline in most cases.

The company holds a five-star Google rating across twenty-eight reviews. Common points include clear talk from the start, solid attention to detail on every install, and results that update curb appeal without surprises.

“Thank you so much Daniel and Patrick for the amazing work on our home! We had two windows that were leaking around seals from the original (25 year old windows). Luma was very responsive in both a return call and scheduling a fast appointment. We chose to reseal every window. The team did a remarkable job with the owners showing up to assess the work on the day of, and following up in-person to inspect the work at the conclusion of the project. We plan to replace our windows in the next 18 months. Thanks to such a personalized experience, Luma will be our window installer. These guys are amazing.”

“I found luma through a friends recommendation and glad to have worked w/rhem. My first concern was cost, and I was surprised by the reasonablle prices and different options I could choose from. Also was concerned about how long this would take, since we had some unique window sizes. They arrived and were installed quickly. They also had to cut lower windows since our home is older and not up to code. They took care of that no problem. The windows are incredible and added a lot of value to the house. And looks fantastic. Enjoyed the entire process which rarely happens! Good guys and not pushy at all. Just gave great guidance and helped me stay under budget w/ solid windows.”
