Premium Siding and Painting

Premium Siding and Painting handles roofing along with siding, painting, window replacement, gutters, decks and patios. The family-owned outfit has operated out of Austin since 2001 and covers Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville and Georgetown. They focus on James Hardie products and related exterior work, with free estimates offered during business hours that run Monday through Friday from nine to six and Saturday mornings until noon.

Homeowners call them for full siding swaps on older houses built in the seventies and eighties, roof replacements after hail storms, window changes, fascia repairs, OSB underlayment, gutter installs and exterior paint jobs. Reviews mention Gabriel handling quotes and site visits on multiple projects, Joe managing crews on wood replacement and painting, Miguel handling staining work, and Adrian on siding crews. Jobs often fix rotted boards, leaks around windows and storm damage, leaving homes with new exteriors that match existing features and stay on schedule even with short-notice additions.

Crews start jobs the day after contracts in some cases and finish in roughly a week and a half for combined siding, paint and roof work. They keep sites clean, show up on the stated days, provide updates throughout and answer questions on materials and timing. Pricing comes in competitive with other bids, and service stays within the listed Austin-area towns.

The company holds a 4.9 rating across 177 reviews. Common points include clear communication from Gabriel and Joe, crews that arrive on time, attention to details like flashing and cleanup, and solid results on mixed siding, roofing and paint packages.

“If you need siding or paint or anything on the outside of your house, Premium Siding and Painting should be your top choice. My wife did I spent several months getting quotes and learning everything we can before we made a decision to pick a contractor to redo the siding on our house. Our house was built in 1979 and is a classic South Austin house - old Hardie board and limestone. We worked with Gabriel at premium siding and painting, and he was extraordinarily helpful in educating us on what we needed to know and laying out our options. Beyond the fact that their team just did great work, they were also exceptionally kind and thorough always making sure to check in with us when anything odd was discovered or uncovered. Overall, we give their work five out of five stars. It looks like we live in a brand new house now and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. If you need new siding on your house, this is the group for you.”

“We had our bay window, 2 side windows as well as a double window replaced by Premium Siding & Painting on our 36 year old house and they did a great job. The windows are very good quality and look great. They are a good match for our other windows we had already had replaced. Gabriel was great, he came onsite several times and followed up on our minor concerns and had them quickly resolved. An overall great experience.”

“I had a awesome experience with Joe at Premium Siding and Painting. Joe and his team were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They did excellent work on our wood replacement, gutters and painting. Joe was clear throughout the project with keeping us updated. His crew showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the craftsmanship really stands out. I live in Round Rock and highly recommend Premium Siding and Painting.”

“We recently had our siding and roof replaced by Premium Siding & Painting and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first consultation with Gabriel to the final walkthrough, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Gabriel took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us choose the right materials for our home and made sure the project stayed on schedule. The crew showed up on time every day, kept the job site clean, and paid attention to every detail. Our house looks brand new. The siding completely transformed the exterior and the new roof gives us peace of mind, especially with Texas weather. It’s hard to find contractors in the Pflugerville area who communicate well and actually do what they say they’re going to do, but this team absolutely delivered. If you’re in Pflugerville and need siding or roofing work done, I highly recommend Premium Siding & Painting.”

“I had such a positive experience with PSP. In preparation for selling my home in South Austin, I hired PSP to replace my siding, paint the exterior, and install a new roof. Gabriel and the team were incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Not only did I love the results, they were communicative and had no problem answering my (many) questions. Thank you PSP! Would absolutely recommend! I highly recommend!”

“Gabriel and his team are easy to work with and very hard workers. They were diligent and respectful when replacing our home's siding and the product is absolutely beautiful. They were flexible and even installed a new window for us and expertly did the interior drywall repair associated with it. We are extremely happy with the results of the job, and absolutely recommend Premium Siding & Painting for anyone looking to redo the siding of their home!”

They did excellent work on our home’s siding, roof, and exterior paint — everything looks brand new again. Communication was clear throughout the project, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the craftsmanship really stands out. “We have been a customer of Premium Siding and Painting (PSP)for many years. PSP installed and painted Hardie board siding and gutters on our home, and designed and built a beautiful custom fence. Most recently, after years of enjoyment, we have had our fence re-stained (thank you Miguel) for such a nice job. We have always been extremely happy with their work. You can expect quality workmanship, friendly and knowledgeable personnel, competitive pricing, and a willingness to answer your questions. Thanks again Frank, Gabriel, and Miguel.”

“Our situation was the baby was due in ~2 weeks and the nursery was leaking water through the windows from rotted siding as we were moving into our (new to us) Jester neighborhood house - nightmare scenario for any expecting parents. Gabriel at PSP gave a competitive quote and committed to finishing the job before the baby's due date. When I signed, the crew started working on the project the next morning. The crews at PSP had a 2 man hardie board crew and then a 2 man painting crew. Both crews worked extremely hard every day and finished just in time before the due date. The entire time making sure they checked in with questions and concerns and even fixed some previous mistakes by other contractors (windows not installed correctly, adding roof cricket, and fixing rotted boards). Gabriel did a great job checking in almost every day and addressing any questions I had immediately. Overall we had a very good experience and felt the value and promptness exceeded expectations. Highly Recommend.”

“We always wanted to do a carport over driveway for lots of reasons. There were a couple in the neighborhood one was under construction so I took a picture of the company sign and gave them a call. I spoke with Gabriel Perez, set up a free estimate. From start to finish Gabriel and his contractors were kind and professional. We love our addition to our house so beautiful. Thank you Premium Siding for such a nice job.”

“Amazing workmanship. Great communication with Gabriel (lead), Adrian (siding), and Miguel (painting). Each one of them extremely professional. They take pride in what they do. It was stress free experience. Great company with terrific workers. The house looks brand new!!”

“I recently had my siding and exterior paint replaced, as well as replacing some rotted facia board, by Premium Siding & Painting. Gabriel and the crew were very professional during the project’s entirety. They completed everything from start to finish in about a week and a half (excluding weekend). Midway through, I decided to update my front posts. I notified Gabriel and the crew tackled the job addition the next day, no questions asked. The posts weren’t level after install, but the crew remediated the issue immediately without any hesitation. The paint job came out perfectly as well. The service and quality you get with PSP is next level. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!”

“I’m based in North Central Austin and had a wonderful experience with Premium Siding and Painting. I just needed some quick fixes around some exterior window trimming and they were able to get me scheduled and the job complete all within a 2 day span. Extremely fast and efficient and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“We recently hired Premium Siding and Painting to replace deteriorated wood siding on our older house. We also had two windows replaced. We opted for James Hardie siding with a cedarmill finish. From start to finish, Premium Siding and Painting was delightful to work with. Gabriel provided multiple quote options for the work we considered. He was always available to answer questions and make adjustments based on our needs. The work was scheduled pretty quickly after we decided to proceed and made our first deposit. Gabriel was very good about providing specifics of when the crew would arrive and leave. The siding crew was terrific. They worked quickly, but also took time to make repairs to dilapidated structures. For example, some of our older windows had partially rotted exterior sills and the siding crew patched those segments. Because our house is older, it's not perfectly straight. Even so, the siding was installed in such a crisp and professional manner that the home's underlying imperfections are no longer visible. During siding install, Gabriel was very communicative about the work, most often texting but also calling for more detailed discussions. Our house needed extra in”

“Just wanted to give a shout out to Premium Siding Painting Company . They did an amazing and professional job with my house , we got all of our siding and windows replaced and they are beautiful ! We also added OSB before the siding which I really recommend. The project manager Joe and installer crew are really nice and also very professional. With this company you don’t have to worry about if they are installing siding and windows the right way. I watched the installers install flashing on the new windows and every piece of siding that had joints. I have done a lot of research on choosing the right company for this project and I’m glad I chose a company that treated my home like if was theirs.”

“Gabriel, Miguel and his team at PSP did an outstanding job with the exterior paint on our home. I appreciate the care they took to every detail and being highly communicative throughout the process. They also completed the job so quickly - even in the texas summer heat! Would certainly recommend and work with them again.”

“We needed someone to provide us exterior home repairs such as Fascia replacement. painting, siding, and staining work after the big hail we had in Round Rock TX on 9/24/2024. We collected several bids including PSP who was recommended by our good neighbor Steve. PSP proved to be the right choice for us. Not only were they less expensive than all the others their work was outstanding! Joe Jaimes the Project Manager was prompt and professional with all of our questions and quotes. His men from the siding and fascia men Adrian, Jose, and Mario were very good and professional. PSP's staining man who stained my new deck went as far as to disassemble the entire hand rail on the deck and stain both sides of the cedar railing. Painting with Paul and his crew of Mario and others were also excellent. All PSP's men like Adrian. Mario, and Paul proved that they could do the job right and really cared about following through with all the details no matter how much effort was needed! We highly recommend them with 5 STARS! Jack.”

“Thanks to Gabriel, PSP consultant, this was unexpectedly pleasant and stress free. He updated me each step of the way and answered all my questions as the work progressed. I’ve already received compliments about how good the house looks. Both the siding and the painting crews were professional, on time and cleaned up completely. They clearly take pride in their work. Not only would I recommend them, I already have. They begin work on my neighbor’s house soon.”

“Gabriel and his crews were fantastic to work with. Gabriel was always super friendly and responsive. He always went the extra mile to make sure things turned out the way I wanted. He was good about keeping me updated and checking in to make sure things were turning out well. He and his crews were thorough and resolved any issues that came up. I’d definitely recommend them!”

“I found out about Premium Siding & Paint from Angie’s List. I spoke to Jennifer who asked some questions and then set up an appointment to have Joe do an inspection and give me an estimate. They had excellent customer reviews and I asked them to bid on replacing rotted and damaged T-111 siding on my 37 year old house. Jennifer is very professional. Joe arrived right on time and did a detailed inspection. He talked about what types of things they could do and answered all of my questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable. Within a couple of days he provided a detailed proposal with Premium Siding & Paints' scope of work. I had also asked Joe to provide me a quote for replacing 8 single pain windows with newer more efficient windows. PSP's price was very competitive vs. big box and another contractor from whom I had also received quotes. I preferred to give PSP my business due to price and them being local and so responsive. It is impossible to see the structure of your home until you rip the old & rotted wood from the house. Salomon and his crew did a very thorough inspection and discovered some rotted 2 x 4's in several locations. There was damage from a previous contractor ”
