“I had a horrible experience with Priority Roofing, and I'm still paying to fix their costly mistakes. The salesperson, Nick, was very pleasant and easy to work with during the sales process. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after the installation. The installation crew did a poor job installing the chimney flashing, which resulted in a roof leak into my home. My homeowner's insurance denied the claim because the damage was caused by faulty workmanship and should have been covered under the roofer's warranty. When I contacted the company about the leak, they sent someone to inspect it, but they claimed everything was fine and denied any responsibility under their warranty. Rather than addressing the obvious installation defects, they were unprofessional and refused to acknowledge that their improper workmanship had caused the leak. I ended up hiring an independent roofing contractor, who found that the chimney flashing had not been installed correctly. I had to pay out of pocket to have their mistakes repaired. Matt was in contact with me the night it happened to check in and was onsite the next day to assess the extensive tree, fence, gutter, and roof damage. He worked quickly to help repair four broken trusses with decking and a broken window to prevent further damage until the insurance claim could get processed. “A+ experience with Tom Keller at Priority Roofing. I knew I would eventually need a new roof and Tom’s timing was perfect. I filed a claim with insurance right after a major hailstorm, which happened a month prior to my hail deductible doubling. Tom was extremely helpful and knew what had to be done. Even with a less than ideal policy, he made sure we left no stone unturned. After that, Tom was able to schedule my roof replacement for that very week. The crew showed up on time and finished a 2-day roof in a day-and-a-half. I was walked thru the process step by step. The communication was top notch. Needless to say, customer service was on point. “(North Austin) After several hailstorms our claim for roof damage had been denied by our insurance, a major national company. I did not have a contractor at that time. I noticed several roofs being done in our neighborhood by Priority Roofing. One day Priority's Joshua P. knocked on my door and convinced me to let them give it a try. They were persistent. He was my point of contact throughout the process start to finih. Turned down again the second time, but then they used an Independent Licensed Adjuster (Longhorn) to "negotiate" with the insurance company. Another inspection followed by the independent inspector and as a result the claim was approved. It took several months start to completed roof, but they stuck with it. Joshua also coordinated gutter installation and some interior ceiling repair. The delivery, install and clean up was efficient and high quality. I recommend Priority Roofing and Joshua P. if you can get him!”

“If I could leave a zero, I would. We had a new roof put on a year ago and had a ridge vent placed. With in the year, we have noticed cracks along the crown molding in the living room and thought we were having foundation issues. We had a contractor come out and everything is fine with the foundation. Few weeks ago, ceiling started leaking when it rained. Got up on roof to look and took pics. Called priority (4 times now) no call back. Jordan is very unprofessional...he was given info and we were told he would call...never has. Called him and left a VM. Nothing..sent a text...nothing. Yet he can talk to David and have him come out a weekend ago on a Sunday after 7pm unannounced. He looked at the roof and it is evident that there has been water getting into our attic causing issues. Boards under ridge vent are too far apart. Debris gathered water pools and gets into attic. Said he would talk to Jordan and get back to us. Nothing! Have 10 year warranty. Their error and they need to fix it! Pics include ridgevent, debris gather in it, and cracks around crown molding and brown spots in ceiling where water has been leaking/settling.”

They were professional and walked me through the whole process, what to expect, and timeline. The roof was stripped and fully replaced in less than half a day and I was sent update pictures throughout the whole process. Even my neighbors remarked on how quickly it got done. After the job was completed, Christian Ramirez, contractor, explained everything to me and even upgraded me to the GAF timberline HDZ system.
