Prosperity Roofing & Exteriors

Prosperity Roofing & Exteriors handles roofing work in Austin and Leander plus the nearby Hill Country. This locally owned family business has sixteen years of experience on residential and commercial jobs. They focus on asphalt shingle replacement, standing seam metal roofs, and storm damage repairs. Every client gets an AccuLynx digital report with high resolution photos from start to finish. They offer a Class 3 impact resistant IKO Dynasty system for hail areas and precision leak repairs. The crews run on a 48 hour turnaround and follow a Clean Site Guarantee.

Homeowners call them for hail damage repairs after Texas storms, full roof replacements, gutter swaps, and leak fixes on chimneys or attached structures. Robert Aiello often meets insurance adjusters, explains claims that get denied at first, and lines up material delivery plus installation. Hadley walks through quotes and keeps tenants updated on install day. Matt steps in when prior roofers back out after an insurance denial. Crews work long hours in extreme heat, finish jobs the same day or weekend, and leave yards plus driveways clear of nails and debris. Several mention quick repairs on deteriorating wood and new roofs that hold up through later storms.

They answer calls the same week or faster and stay in touch from first visit through final payment. Pricing lines up with insurance estimates or comes in fair for cash jobs. Service covers Austin plus spots like Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Round Rock. Office hours run seven thirty to five on weekdays and nine to noon on Saturday. Reviewers note clear communication on proposals, material arrivals, and payment steps along with photo documentation of every stage.

The company holds a five star Google rating from two hundred five reviews. Common points include insurance claim help, clean work sites, fast completion times, and steady updates from staff like Robert, Hadley, Matt, and Hunter.

“We had an excellent experience with this roofing company. They completed the installation the very same day and left everything so clean that you could hardly tell a full remodel had taken place. Even with additional requirements from the insurance company, they remained patient, empathetic, and guided us through the entire process step by step. Their team was always kind, professional, available to answer calls, and consistent with follow-up communication. We truly appreciated their dedication, transparency, and customer service throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended!”

“We are so thankful for the team at Prosperity Roofing. I was in my back yard one day and noticed my chimney had some deteriorating or damaged wood around it. I called them to come out and check it, they came the same week! Then they were able to fit us in on the weekend! Two of the men they sent to our home worked in the 100 plus degree heat for 5 hours straight. I was so impressed with the hard work these men put in over the weekend and so thankful to know the job is completely taken care of. We highly recommend Prosperity Roofing. Robert Aiello was very responsive and helped us get the job done! Thanks so much everyone at Prosperity Roofing.”

He was transparent and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, from the initial proposal to material delivery, installation, and final payment. The crew was very hardworking and respectful, and they were mindful of the concerns we shared ahead of the project. What stood out compared to other companies we considered was that Robert never felt pushy or overly sales-driven. He took the time to understand our situation and worked with us to find the right solution. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.”

“This company went way beyond our needs. Robert Aiello came out numerous times to assist in an insurance claim that was denied and then stepped up to the plate and got a new roof installed in a needed record time. Thanks for a great job at a great price in record time.”

“We unfortunately needed our roof replaced 2 times in the last 4? years. Hail seems to migrate to our roof. Both times Robert from Prosperity Roofing handled this seamlessly. From going over the quote to explaining the insurance side to its completion we encountered no delays and no issues. His crew was outstanding and hard working. Roof looks great, the cleanup outstanding. We also had our gutters replaced. They came a day later and completed it in a day. They were just as professional. I highly recommend Prosperity Roofing. From start to finish they were outstanding. Thank you again Robert.”

“This company is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most of the time you only need roof repair after you notice damage, but Prosperity will find areas of weakness in your roof that other companies ignore. I highly recommend calling them if you live in the Liberty Hill and North Austin area!”

“I recently had my roof replaced by Prosperity after hail damage. I worked with Robert Aiello, he spent a good amount of time explaining the process and helping me understand how the insurance worked. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The roof was done in 1 day and looks great, the yard, and back deck, and driveway were all cleaned well and I haven’t had any issues with nails left behind.”

“Prosperity Roofing has replaced the roof on my house twice now. In both cases it was due to hail storms. The work done was top-notch both times. Hunter has been great to work with.”

“Hadley and the whole team at Prosperity made our roof replacement stress free. The price was fair (it was an out of pocket expense), the completion was timely, the work site was clean and the roof looks amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Best roofing experience ever. Had 5 roofing companies give us detailed quotes. Was very impressed with Hadley. We would have paid his company more money than the other companies just because of his good service. Guess what? His company was also the lowest priced company. Win, win, win.”
