Quick Roofing - Austin

Quick Roofing runs a roofing operation out of Austin, Texas, at 1834 Ferguson Ln. They handle residential and commercial work that includes roof repairs, full replacements, new construction roofs, hail damage fixes, gutter work, and decking jobs. The business has over 41 years of experience in the trade and operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with weekends closed. Reviewers name project leads such as Seguis Lopez, Johnny Pearson, Colby Pearson, Brandon Griffith, and Aaron who show up for estimates, insurance meetings, and on-site oversight.

Customers call them for leak stops that other crews missed, full roof swaps on single homes and condo complexes, and storm claims after hail hits. Seguis Lopez often steps in to push insurance adjusters for proper payouts, lines up solar panel removal and reset, and trims trees that touch the roof. Johnny Pearson and his crews finish jobs on schedule, add drip edges where none existed before, and keep property managers updated across dozens of sites in the Greater Austin Area. Reviewers note that crews arrive on time, explain shingle and gutter choices with samples, and finish with the site picked up.

They stay in touch by phone, answer questions the same day, and send progress photos. Work stays on budget once the insurance piece clears, and follow-up visits happen after the first rain to check for issues. The same names appear on jobs that run from simple repairs to multi-building replacements, and they coordinate with outside contractors like framers and solar teams when needed. Service stays inside the Austin area with the listed weekday hours.

The Google rating sits at 4.9 from 195 reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to fast responses, clean sites after the work, insurance help that saves homeowners time, and solid material choices that hold up. Recurring notes cover professional crews that explain options without pressure and finish without leaving debris.

“Mr. Seguis Lopez and his team made our entire roofing experience completely seamless from start to finish. He handled our roof replacement professionally and also coordinated with both our insurance company and the solar company to remove and reset our solar panels without any issues. Throughout the process, he was extremely responsive, communicative, and always willing to answer our questions. We are so happy with our new roof color and the final result exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was the level of dedication and time he spent fighting with the insurance company to make sure we received what we were owed. You could truly see the hard work and effort he put in for us, and it absolutely paid off. If anyone is hesitant about going with Mr. Lopez, don’t be, you will not be disappointed. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did and would never hesitate to contact him again in the future.”

“We had a great experience working with Seguis and Quick roofing. We had a leak over our bedroom that two other companies were unable to locate. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and timely. Seguis was outstanding — he is knowledgeable, responsded quickly to my many questions. He took the time to explain the process and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site clean. The quality of the repair was excellent, and everything was completed as promised. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Seguis with Quick Rooking for anyone needing roofing repairs. We would absolutely use again if needed.”

“Quick Roofing did an amazing job. They went over and about to make sure we were informed and updated through out the whole process. Johnny Pearson and the entire team were the best. We are thankful for wonderful quality products they used and for providing answers to all our questions. Very meticulously from start to finish. Would highly recommend them !”

“Quick Roofing did an outstanding job replacing the roofs on the eight 2-story buildings in our condo complex. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Colby Pearson, our project manager, was on-site every day, providing clear communication and ensuring the project ran smoothly from start to finish. Before starting, John Pearson and Brandon Griffith went above and beyond by bringing sample materials for us to review, so we could see the high-quality products they would use. They also provided a wide selection of shingle samples, allowing us to choose the perfect option for our complex. Their expertise was invaluable in helping us navigate the process with our insurance company, making the experience seamless. After completing the work, the team meticulously cleaned up the area, using large magnets to ensure all nails and debris were picked up, helping to prevent flat tires and injuries. They even returned a week later to double-check that everything was perfect. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our new roofs. We highly recommend Quick Roofing for their professionalism, at”

“After meeting with three different roofing companies, I was very confident in choosing Seguis Lopez and Quick Roofing for our roof replacement. Seguis was so knowledgeable, and made the process so easy. He was also very easy to speak with. I never felt pressured to choose Quick Roofing, which I really appreciated. The workers were very professional, and did a great job from start to finish. We even had trees touching our roof, and they trimmed them all and hauled them away. I would highly recommend Seguis and Quick Roofing”

“Getting our roof replaced was quick and easy with Quick Roofing. Aaron and his team got the job done on time and it looks great. He handled all the details with our insurance adjuster, making the payment process simple.”

“Johnny Pearson and the public adjuster who works with him, Marvin Dishman, did an incredible job for us after we had major hail damage from a storm in May, 2025. The work done on our house was of high quality and their work with the insurance company was a godsend. They both stayed in communication with us and we were updated on a regular basis, despite the long process for a major claim. Their response time to our questions or repair needs was also amazingly fast. I would trust them to do any future work for us without hesitation. We have our home back because of their help and are forever grateful.”

“It was a pleasure working with Johnny Parsons at Quick Roofing. We recently replaced our roof and all the work was done professionally, on time and on budget. They did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I researched and met with every roofer in the area before choosing Seguis Lopez with Quick Roof, and I'm so glad I did. Their reliability, speed of service, and honesty far surpassed the competition. Not only was the process smooth and efficient, but the end result is stunning - our roof looks better than any of our neighbors'. I can't recommend Quick Roof enough for their exceptional service and quality of work.”

“These guys did a great job with my roof. They were very professional when they showed up. My old roof didn’t have a drip edge but these guys added one to the new roof. I have an old shed in the back and the roof was also replaced. After the roof job they cleaned up so good and the next morning one guy by name Seguis Lopez showed up to ask me I was happy with the roof work and the clean up. He went around my house to verify himself and I said thanks, that was not the end he came back after the first rain to check on me again. I don’t know but this is the best customer service I have ever had. I recommend them for any roof work if you want your peace of mind .”

“Outstanding emergency roof replacement experience from beginning to end while I was deployed overseas with the military. Through phone calls and video conferencing Johnny Pearson, project lead at Quick Roofing, walked me through our roof inspection, shingle selection, solar panel dismount, gutter selection, and also coordinated with my framing carpenter and solar contractor to sequence the roof install right after my contractors finished structural repairs. This ensured our home stayed dry and my family was taken care of in my absence. Thanks to Johnny and his crew I could focus on my mission overseas with a peace of mind that all was good on the home front. Great job, awesome follow through, and fair pricing again…just like Quick Roofing was on our previous home!”

“Working with QR (Quick Roofing) has been wonderful! Brandon was so great to work with and helped us out with another contractor that didn’t do their job correctly. He pursued them and tried very hard to get the job done for us and was a great advocate for getting the job done. I would highly recommend this company for fast work, easy communication, pictures of work in progress, finished work, etc. I wish they would do more than just roofing because it would be nice to have this level of detail for all my home repairs. (Pics of repair from other contractor)”

“I had some serious hail damage and my insurance company approved a complete re-roof replacement. I had a commitment from another roofing company and planned on using them. They continued to push out the start date and my claim was getting close to the end date. I had a referral from a high end custom home builder that contracts with Quick Roofing and Johnny Pearson. I contacted Johnny and his response was immediate. His crew re- roofed my home within days. The materials are high quality as was the workmanship. They did a great job and I am very pleased. I would recommend Quick Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof or repairs. This is a very professional company that provides excellent customer service.”

“Is there an option for 10 stars? John Pearson over at Quick Roofing came to our rescue after an absolute NIGTMARE of an experience. We recently got our roof replaced and the previous contractor had unshingled our entire roof and left it unprotected over night. It hadn't rained in over a month so they figured nothing could go wrong. Sure enough, a huge thunderstorm passed through in the morning and we literally woke up to a soaking attic with water leaking from the ceiling and light fixtures. Due to the contractor's amateur mistake this resulted in over 15k in water damages. The nightmare didn't end there. It took over a week for them to finish the job and to our horror it was complete disaster of a job. There were crooked shingles everywhere and the roof was covered in tar. Not only was the "new" roof visually ugly it LEAKED again when it rained. So here we are with our "new" roof and I'm crawling around in the attic with towels preventing any further damage to our home. At this point we did not want that particular contractor back on our property and after contacting multiple roofing companies we finally decided to start over and get another roof installed properly. “Primo work. I’ve used Quick Roofing for roof replacements for two properties that were both under contract at the time, and I can tell they do high quality work and they are indeed Quick. Johnny Pearson was the best. He explained the work to be done and all my options. He monitored the job as it was being completed and kept me informed about any problems that arose and the progress being made. He is obviously passionate about the work he does. I will certainly use them again.”

“I highly recommend Quick Roofing for your roofing needs. Seguis Lopez had the best customer service I had ever experienced. When it came to my roofing needs, quick roofing was exceptional. The experience was outstanding! Mr. Lopez exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with the customer service i received. He always kept me in the loop the whole time. When it came to insurance, Quick roofing reached out to my insurance, so I did not have to deal with that stress of the hail storm that just happened. The team was very efficient and punctual. Quick roofing made this hectic experience completely painless. My roof is beautiful! Thank you, Seguis Lopez and Quick Roofing.”

“As a local, residential property management firm, I've worked with Johnny Pearson and Brandon Griffith with Quick Roofing for about ten years now on hundreds of jobs across the Greater Austin Area. I've also worked with a large swath of roofers that claim to be able to deliver the things that QuickRoofing delivers on, and the competition falls short. Johnny and Brandon and the whole team at Quick Roofing always ensure that our properties, our owners, and our renters are taken care of quickly and with excellent customer service. From walking sites for detailed, photographed estimates and evaluations, to their follow up after the jobs are done. These guys make sure you're taken care of. From accurate, and competitive pricing, to speedy turn around time on jobs, to helping our team make educated and quality decisions in materials, they're by our sides as partners. My team, and myself, trust the whole crew here so much, they work on our own personal roofs.”

“After meeting with several different commercial roofers we decided to move forward with Quick Roofing. Johnny explained our needs and his recommendations. “We hired Johnny Pearson with Quick Roofing to handle our insurance claim after a major hail storm last summer. Johnny and his team were very helpful and responsive, and we are very happy with the quality of the materials and the craftmanship of our new roof.”
