He took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof, clearly explain the issues, and walk me through multiple repair options without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was how far above and beyond he went — he even placed a temporary cover over the damaged areas and created a video to help me better understand what was going on, all before any work was scheduled. That level of care and integrity is rare. Although I ultimately went with another company due to timing, I truly appreciated Drue’s honesty, responsiveness, and willingness to help. “I wish I could give Infinity a positive review based on our initial experience, but after wasting over 6 months with Infinity Roofing & Restoration, we received zero assistance and were left to deal with our insurance claim alone. Things started promisingly - our sales rep was cool, communication was good and timely, and we felt confident moving forward. However, everything completely broke down when it came time to submit the final estimate to insurance. The core issue: Infinity created their initial estimate assuming our insurance would update something on our policy that insurance flat-out refused to update. We were initially quoted an out-of-pocket cost of $1,500, but due to an oversight on their part - one that was clearly evident weeks in advance - our actual cost ballooned to $13,000. I'm the one who caught this mistake and brought it to their attention. Rather than taking accountability, they insisted this was an "easy update" that insurance needed to make. They had us sign with their lawyer to pursue the matter. “Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. If Infinity randomly comes knocking on your door asking about your roof, SLAM IT - IMMEDIATELY! Specifically a project manager named Andrew Wade. Months after a hail storm, Andrew knocked on my door to ask about my roof. I asked Andrew one question, what is your timeline. he stated immediately. I already had the claim processed. I already had the check in my hand. I already had a roofer lined up that kept saying, next week, next week, next week. All I needed was a quality roofer that was available immediately because I had rainwater leaking into my house due to the hail damage. After the most outrageous hassle I have ever dealt with, THREE MONTHS LATER, a roofer showed up to replace my roof and it was NOT INFINITY! They sub'd the work out to a different roofing company. The MAIN reason for the delays was Andrew's attempt to inflate the total cost of the roof with my insurance company. Andrew's first response to the appx $14K estimate was asking for $50K! It was a nightmare. When it was all said and done, a manager at Infinity informed me that I was Andrew's first project so my roof job was his on”
