United Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing

United Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing runs roofing and exterior work out of Austin Texas with Austin handling the main calls and jobs. They focus on roof cleaning through soft wash methods along with pressure washing for houses driveways sidewalks and patios. The crew uses industrial equipment on surfaces that have years of buildup without causing damage underneath. Austin takes photos ahead of time to spot issues like bacteria on shingles before sending anyone out.

Homeowners bring them roofs that look permanently discolored after sixteen years where the team treats the bacteria and restores the look without replacement. Other jobs include full exterior washes on stucco and limestone plus patio stone and concrete that had heavy dirt and mold. Crews clean windows inside and out along with gutters and even add small areas like sheds at no extra cost when already on site. Results leave properties looking fresh enough that neighbors ask for the contact info.

Austin answers questions fast by phone and text then fits jobs into the schedule within a week or sometimes the same week. The team arrives on time sticks to the quoted price and works through the day without leaving until the surfaces meet the standard. They handle calls across Austin and nearby areas like Lakeway during hours that run into evenings on weekdays and afternoons on weekends.

The outfit holds a five star rating from one hundred nine reviews. Reviewers note the quick bids the honest approach on what needs cleaning and the way roofs and exteriors come out looking brand new after the work.

“Austin came out to pressure wash our sidewalks, front and back porch. We are so impressed with the work he did. Our property looks amazing. Wow! The surfaces have never looked this good. I wish I had taken "before" pictures. Unbelievable. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much! - Naomi R.”

“I can't say enough of this guys. To start Austin was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. The day of the job they showed up on time and started working right away. Job was well done and price was fair. I would definetely hire them again if I need another job done in my house. Thanks!!!”

“I was about to replace my 16 year old shingle roof because I thought the discoloration was permanent and couldn't be cleaned. When I called United and talked to Austin, he asked for photos, and he immediately identified the issue as a bacteria that he successfully treats and cleans all the time. A few days later, the United team came out and made my roof look brand new, and gave me a two year warranty to protect against the bacteria returning. I would highly recommend having United clean your roof before going through the huge expense of replacement. I will probably get another 10 years out of this roof now. These before and after pictures say it all!”

“Had them come out for a full exterior wash and I’m glad I did. You don’t realize how dirty things get until you see the before and after. The team was professional friendly and just handled everything without any hassle. Place looks fresh again.”

“Very happy with the service received! Austin was communicative through phone and text to get me set up for house washing. He was able to schedule me quickly. His work was thorough and my house looks great! All the dirt, mold, wasps nests, are gone. Austin also let me know about a few other house issues he noticed (paint, etc) which I appreciated. I would recommend United Pressure Washing!”

He was also extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process. The cleaning was great and the roof looked brand new after they were done. I would highly recommend Austin for all your exterior cleaning needs.”

“Great job on a substantial amount of patio/stone! Austin was quick to respond to our inquiry and promptly came out to provide a fair and reasonable bid. He and his partner showed up right on time the day of the appointment. They were both professional and efficient and very pleasant. Our patio looks fantastic! I would not hesitate to call on them in the future. I am an Estate Manager and great vendors are hard to find but not the case with Austin and his crew!”

“I am so glad that I hired United Exterior! Austin was the absolute best! Austin first came out to give me a quote and talked me through everything he was going to do to my house. He was very knowledgeable in his field. I was sold from minute one. He made my house look brand new! I thought that I would have to replace my roof and house paint but after Austin and his awesome team came out, I don’t have to do a thing to my house since it looks all brand new! All my neighbors came to ask me who did my exterior cleaning and I passed out his info without hesitation and assured them that he was the absolute best in the business! Thanks again Austin for all of your help and knowledge!”

“Austin was amazing! He was on time, had great prices, and wow did he give me an awesome wash. My driveway looked as good as the day I moved in and the house was spotless at the end. Highly recommend his services and will happily use his company again!”

“Great job cleaning the exterior of my house!! Austin got me an estimate very quickly and it was what I thought it would be. When I got home, he had taken care of some areas that I didn’t think he would get too. Great job and hope you continue to grow as a small business!! Oh ya, he’s awesome at communicating with you!!”

“Austin came out to our house to do a soft wash on our roof he arrived on time. He was very professional. He did a really good job! He even soft washed the roof of our shed while he was out there at no additional charge! Highly recommend!”

“I cannot recommend Austin from United Exterior Cleaning enough! He did an amazing wash of my house on the outside as well as the windows. But what sets him apart is his attention to detail and quality of work. He’s not just “going through the motions” like so many contractors out there but actually won’t leave the job until he has completed it to a high standard. It’s refreshing given how many ‘nightmare contractors’ there are out there. He even went the extra mile to clean up paint stains on my driveway - coming back multiple times. If you want your house cleaned, not only is United the best but they’re also the most reasonable priced - I know given I asked for 3 quotes before going ahead with him. Do yourself a favor and use Austin’s service - you won’t be disappointed!”

“Austin did an amazing job on our house and patio, so much so that it looks like all the trims got a fresh coat of paint! I trusted that he’d do a great job, but I was still shocked at the years of grime and even mold (!) he was able to wash away. Progressional, pleasant, and you can’t beat his prices. He’s got our business for life!”

“Austin and his team did an amazing job our our exterior and interior window cleaning. What an incredible difference clean windows make. They also power washed our retaining wall. Our backyard looks like new. Thank you for your professionalism and wonderful service. Will definitely use you guys again! Lisa S. From Spicewood”

“This business is a well-oiled machine! I called three companies and this one responded immediately. The bid process was very efficient. I received the bid within an hour or so and was able to schedule services for the same week instantaneously. Our house and back patio/pool areas look amazing!!! Austin was very nice and super efficient! Thank you so much!”

“Austin came out between Christmas and New Year’s and did a “sparkling” job on 50+ very challenging windows - windows were 30-40 feet high and dirty and oxidized. He not only made them perfectly clear, he pointed out a couple of windows where the seals were compromised. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend!”

“We had a somewhat unique problem on our galvanized roof. Branches from Live Oak had stained it and we were putting the house on the market so we looked for someone quick. This company returned my call immediately and were able to do the job pronto. The roof looks great. Excellent job, I’m very happy with result and would strongly recommended them.”
