““These guys really know their 💩!” Haaaaa! ***Brendan & Clay Had to have my septic system pumped. It’s recommended every 3-5 yrs and your serviceman will tell you when it has “sludge” during the routine quarterly check-ups. I wanted to give a shout out to JET Aeration for doing a fantastic job! I called yesterday and they were here this morning and it wasn’t even an emergency! Brendan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and also gave me advice that I wouldn’t have thought of! I just like to pass on information when I have a nice experience with people and at some point if you have a septic, you will need this service. Oh and I’m sure you want to know the cost, $795. Tell them that you saw my FB post if you decide to use them, I want them to know how much I appreciated their service! 😊”

“Chad is a liar and will try to screw you over. When we walked the area I had mentioned wanting 2 access points and where. Was quoted $9500. When they show up the "contract" they had showed only 20ft of pvc with an extra charge of 15$ per ft and 175$ for an additional access point. Funny thing is the "contract" didn't have my signature. He said i only mentioned wanting one access point and that I moved the power pole both lies. I went to the office and asked for my folder with all the paper work and in the folder is the drawing of what I wanted and no "contract" with my signature stating i wanted only one access point. They robbed me of my $1425 deposit and saying they will not work with me because i dont honor the "contract I signed" The contract presented to me at the time was changed and it was a physical one. The picture you provided was not the contract I signed. That signature is a digital signature and doesn't match my writing style or my signature. I believe you are being manipulated by Chad and he forged my signature on the picture he sent you if you look at it closely you can see it's been altared. Look at the E on my first name and also my last name and compare it to the dgar part of my first name. Its doesn't even match. Sam I belive you to be a decent person based on the conversation we had and are trying to run a good company but Chad is a liar and scamer who possibly did something you wouldn't have approved off and doesn't want to get in trouble to go as far as to forge my signature. If your not involved in his scheme I suggest you take a look at his hand writing and compare it to my said "signature" Final update. Sam has issued me a full refund of my deposit. He's an all around good person and does try to run an honest company the main problem was Chad. Its not his fault some bad workers make it into jobs they shouldn't have. Because of the refund and the way he handled the situation without screaming back at me and I honestly feel hes a good person im changing my rating to 4 stars. I cant comment on the service just be warry of chad.”

“Was able to fit me in the day I called and even provided me with a rough estimate on priceArrived on time and called when they were 20min out which is a big plus when you have a busy house hold. Was able to complete the repair on our septic system and even showed me the broken parts. Jet is always friendly and does a great job!”

“So they replaced aerator motor in septic system after it quit a month ago. Back ordered and they can only get approx 10 at a time. The fact that it took a month to get mine shows how many of these are failing. When I had system put in in 2001 it lasted about 7 years and I believe hurricane Ike caused it (salt water storm surge). Now they last about 3 years. To be fair, local people are doing best they can but problem is corporate company is putting out shoddy equipment. I paid over $900 dollars for a 10 year prorated motor. The most I have ever paid. I have been through several if those motors.”

“Caller on a Monday and they scheduled me in that day. Curtis and his associate were very curious. They explained what they were doing and corrected the problem were quickly an professionally. Very satisfied with there work and bought a 1 year maintenance contract. Allen Pullin”
