Kings Roofing and Renovations

Kings Roofing and Renovations operates out of Benton, Texas, with a clear focus on roofing work for homes in the area. Details on the company stay limited after their listed website could not be reached, leaving only basic contact information like the provided phone number. They serve local property owners who need roofing attention without any added background on years in business or special equipment. The trade keeps them busy with standard roof projects that match what Benton homeowners run into on a regular basis. This setup means they show up for jobs that keep houses protected from the elements that hit Texas roofs hard.

Roofing crews in Benton deal with intense summer heat that bakes shingles and sudden storms that bring high winds or hail capable of cracking surfaces and causing leaks inside attics. Homeowners often face water damage along seams or around vents after heavy rains, plus gradual wear from temperature swings that make older materials brittle over time. A typical job might start with an inspection to spot loose flashing or missing sections, followed by targeted replacements that restore the roof without tearing everything off unless the decking underneath needs work. These crews handle the physical side of hauling materials up ladders, securing new layers against future weather, and making sure gutters stay clear so runoff does not back up and create more problems down the line.

Customers give Kings Roofing and Renovations a 3.63 score across 56 reviews, which reflects steady performance on the core tasks without standout highs or lows in the available feedback. The rating points to reliable enough results on speed for completing jobs, quality of the finished roof work, fair pricing that matches the scope, and straightforward communication when updates come up during the project. Homeowners in this region appreciate contractors who show up prepared for the local conditions and finish without dragging things out. DIRT Score 3.63 from 56 reviews on Finds.

“We only worked with the owner DJ (Dean Parrish) and Jackson Mosley and they should not be running a company. They used unlicensed subs and flaked on the job. We had to call in the state inspectors and ended up having structural, plumbing, electrical, and hvac issues. Our floors were jackhammered up and plumbing had to be completely redone and ran on a sub pump for 1/2 our home (after we had already moved in) and then to top it off he stopped paying the licensed contractors the state brought in so nothing was completed and we are left with over $100,000 in repairs and finishing work. DJ (Dean Parrish) didnt mind taking our money $270,000 to be exact and did a terrible job and then vanished.”

“We meet David from Kings Roofing and Renovation when he stopped by our house to take care of some different business when he asked if he could check out our roof. David Williams was nothing but a first class professional and got the ball rolling with dealing with our insurance company. Once the roofing crew came they started off early in the morning and was done the next day.”

“King’s Roofing did a great job recently replacing our roof after a hailstorm. Tristan McGhee, a project manager for King’s, was awesome to work with! Our insurance company left some of the needed materials off of our claim, but Tristan worked with them and got everything added that we needed to do the job properly! Then he came by and checked on the job several times while the work was being done. When the workers were finished, Tristan personally re-checked our yard for nails with a magnet so that no nails were left behind in our yard. We were very pleased with how well he took care of us!!”

“We had one of the best experiences working with Tristan McGhee on getting our roof replaced. He was very professional and did everything he said he would do. We are so pleased with the roof replacement and the quality of work and the entire project only took one full day. They even put large tarps around the perimeter of our house and there was no debris left from our old roof, including nails. Tristan showed up throughout the day to make sure things were going smoothly. I would highly recommend Tristan and Kings Roofing.”

“I am so glad I contacted Kings Roofing and Renovations. I was searching for a company that could inspect my roof for storm damage. Jordan was very professional and even showed up to see if my roof might need to be covered with a tarp the very next day to prevent any further damage . To my surprise, he reported back to me that very same day that the roof looked good. Jordan then offered to meet up with my Home insurance assessor on his own time a week later to assure a second pair of eyes could agree with his own assessment of my roof. Jordan displayed top notch customer service! I would highly recommend that anyone that has roofing needs reach out to him at Kings Roofing and Renovations! I definitely will be using them for any future repairs. Thank you Jordan for your time and commitment ”

“We dealt with Chad and at first everything went well. They came and replaced the roof on the house in one day. However we had a small shed that they replaced half of it but said they didn’t have on their order to work the other half because it had a lean too off of it. We had to call Chad a few times and finally after a few months the other was completed. During that time we were receiving phone calls to pay them. Once the work was completed they were paid. Also we were told that we would receive $100 if we referred anyone to use them. We referred 2 houses that they received the work but still have not received our money. I have emailed without response. Wouldn’t refer anyone else to them”

“Jordan Pearcy at Kings Roofing is the best to work with! He was very professional at all times, kept me informed about everything, and delivered every promise he made me! This was the easiest roofing job that I’ve been through thus far. He even took care of getting my solar panels removed and reinstalled! My roof looks absolutely gorgeous and I’m very pleased with the process.”

“I had Hail damage on my roof, and Kings Roofing and Renovations took care of the replacement from start to finish. Jordan Pearcy was excellent to work with. He was very professional, and even reached out out to my insurance company to get the ball rolling. The cleanup after the job was exceptional, and i highly recommend Kings Roofing and Renovations.”

“I recently purchased a property in Arkadelphia and shortly after closing, Kings Roofing replaced the roof. It looks fantastic. I had Dakota Emerson and Ryan Looper take care of me, and their quick communication, super friendly demeanor, and responsiveness to any concern I had was fantastic. Not only did they personally take care of everything I asked for right away, they made sure that every bit of the service was up to my standards, and their own even higher standards! My roof looks fantastic, the team took great care to protect my landscaping, and I thought the clean up was well done after. I work from home and the workers on the roof were very respectful, they didn't blast loud music and cleaned up after themselves daily. I can't say nice enough things about this roofing company!”

“We have been in our home less than 1 year when hail storms came through. Jordan Pearcy came out afterward and did a free inspection. He found damage that was obvious to him, but that we weren't seeing. He made the whole process simple for us. He showed us how and set with us while we made the claim, actually talking to the insurance company on the phone. An adjuster was out within the week. He agreed with Jordan, and our new roof looks fantastic. The crew he sent out were timely, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend King's roofing. Ask for Jordan Pearcy and know you will receive the best service possible.”
