MOUNTAINTOP DEVELOPMENT, INC.

MOUNTAINTOP DEVELOPMENT, INC. works out of Bentonville, TX on roofing projects for homes and businesses across the area. They focus on practical roofing solutions that stand up to the local climate with its hot summers, sudden storms, and occasional hail. From public listings the company covers roof inspections, repairs, and replacements using architectural shingles, metal roofs, tile, and stone coated steel for residential jobs along with TPO, EPDM, and PVC systems on commercial buildings. Homeowners in Bentonville often deal with heat damage and wind issues that shorten roof life, so crews here concentrate on durable installs and insurance claim work that keeps properties protected without extra layers of hassle.

They handle new construction roofing as well as gutters and siding additions that tie into the main roof job. On repair calls the team starts with a full inspection to spot leaks or weak spots before any work begins, then moves to targeted fixes or full tear-offs when needed. Commercial projects follow the same pattern but scale up for larger flat roofs where drainage and material choice matter most. In Bentonville the common tasks include storm damage assessments and FORTIFIED upgrades that add extra wind resistance, since Texas weather can turn rough without much notice. Crews coordinate material deliveries and scheduling so the job stays on track even when homeowners are juggling daily routines.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real conditions, crews show up when promised, and pricing stays straightforward without surprise add-ons. High marks come from steady performance on speed of response, quality of the finished roof, reasonable costs compared to others in the area, and clear updates throughout each project. That record adds up over time. DIRT Score 4.74 from 164 reviews on Finds.

“I have nothing but great things to say about Ozark Mountain Roofing. Not only were they much quicker to respond than any other company I contacted after the 2024 tornado, but they continuously helped me fight with my insurance company for needed and valid repairs. While not successful, they fought longer and better than I ever could have. My roof is beautiful and all debris was cleaned up immediately after installation. I recently had need for additional information for my AR income tax and the office team provided everything in a short time frame. Please choose Ozark Mountain Roofing - you won't be disappointed!”

“The crew at Ozark Mountain Roofing have been the only people I have turned to for more than 7 years - prior to the company you see now! Boaz has provided an honest evaluation of multiple homes I have owned over the years and his colleague, Jeremiah, did the same today! No fluff, no high end sales pitch, no pressure. Just honest information and an in-depth knowledge of how to work with our insurance company for the best outcome. They have always stayed within my budget and even completed work while I was deployed overseas and went above and beyond to stay in communication with me with the time difference. OMR is truly a fantastic company with an honest crew that will treat you with dignity, respect, and honesty. I have referred several friends and family members and everyone shared their l”

“These guys are great professionals and they know the business well..I got referred to them through one of my friends , looking to fix our fascia sheet that bent /damaged and blew off for heavy winds recently. All we did was a call to them , they assessed the damage and got it replaced with a new one in 2 days and work was done without our necessity to be around ... Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a pristine work with roofing/ soffit / fascia etc .. Big thanks and cheers to Mr.Jeremiah Philips from Ozark Mountains roofing for getting our work done .. tell them and forget it , they will handle the rest ... Thanks team.”

“Just went through the worst storm I’ve ever been in over my 50 years. The 100 mile/hour winds brought down our massive oak trees damaging our roof in multiple spots. At 2:30am, I called Ozark Mountain Roofing and the owner Boaz actually picked up! By 3:30am, through downed trees and blocked roads, he made it to my house, walked the property and assessed the damage. Like any good contractor, he helped arrange tree removal and restoration services. Within a day-ish the tree folks had the trees removed from the roof and Boaz had his crew tarp that afternoon, just in time for the rain. It was a Godsend. Can’t appreciate Boaz and his crew enough. Will recommend him to everyone.”

“When I lived in NWA (Centerton and Bentonville), I've had at least two occasions to use Ozark Mountain Roofing. In the first case, in 2021, the roof over my back porch in Oak Tree looked like it was leaking shortly after I moved in. Boaz and his crew replaced the poorly installed shingles and damaged sheathing with new sheathing and metal roofing that matched the metal roofing detail over my front porch. A few years later, after I moved to Bentonville, the cap for an unused chimney blew off. With a storm on the way, Boaz sent out a guy to reinstall the cap before any rain could get in. In both cases, OMR was responsive, the work was high quality, and the price was fair. I no longer live in NWA, so I don't have any particular incentive to give a good or bad review other than my experi”
