Bartlett Homes & Roofing LLC

Bartlett Homes & Roofing LLC runs a roofing operation based in Boise, TX. Their work centers on roofing for houses and commercial buildings alike. They handle residential roofing jobs like full replacements and targeted repairs with options including asphalt shingles, metal roofs, slate, tile, and wood shake. Commercial services cover roof replacement and repair on low slope surfaces, metal, tile, along with single ply membranes, TPO, and protective coatings. Homeowners around Boise deal with extreme heat, hail risks, and wind that wear down roofs faster than in milder climates, so regular inspections and fixes become necessary to keep properties protected.

They take care of roof replacements when old coverings fail under the local weather, installing new asphalt or metal systems that hold up better. Repair work involves fixing leaks, replacing damaged sections, and applying coatings to extend life on both steep and low slope roofs. For businesses and apartment complexes they manage larger scale jobs like installing TPO or single ply materials that suit flat surfaces common in commercial construction. Crews show up to assess damage from storms or age, then complete the work with durable materials chosen for the area. This approach helps prevent bigger issues like water intrusion into attics or interiors that can cost more down the line while handling tile and slate on older homes with care.

Homeowners around Boise count on crews that show up fast after storms and finish jobs without cutting corners on materials or labor. Quality work means fewer leaks returning after a season of heat or wind, and clear talk from the start keeps everyone on the same page about timelines and costs. Fair pricing for solid installations stands out when roofs face constant pressure from the elements. These points build trust for repeat needs in a city where weather tests every roof regularly. “Quincy Urrutia at Bartlett Roofing is great to work with. He promised my roof products and labor would be exactly what we talked about. He is very knowledgeable about the products that are out there. He gave me options and guided my decisions without pressure. After all, how.many times do you replace a roof? Bartlett Roffing and their crew is amazing! 1 day tear off and replacement in 102 degrees. They cleaned up and make sure everything is put back, taking great care of my yard and plants. They covered my roses and all flower beds close to the house and blew off all surfaces. Good bye shake shingles, hello beautiful roof! Fantastic work!”

“Alex M. managed our roof with amazing professionalism and clarity to potential costs. My insurance was only going to cover a few hundred dollars for damage. With Alex's and Bartlett's roofings professional knowledge and communication with our insurance, our insurance covered a full replacement. His team got the roof replaced in one day by early afternoon. Alex also came a few days later to inspect the roof and search for any debris or nails, which his team did a great job of cleaning before him. 100% would refer to friends, family, or anyone with an aging roof that insurance doesn't want to pay their fair share on. Estate grey looks much better than the previous Job.”

“I would like to thank Alberto and Michelle for doing a wonderful job on helping us to file a claim to our insurance. They came over and assess our roof and did a wonderful job and we’re really good on answering our questions that we had. I was very stressed when they came, but after talking to them, they were so comfortable and to get along with that I really enjoyed working with them. They are doing a wonderful job. Thanks again.”

“Bartlett Roofing has been installing several new roofs in my neighborhood as our homes reach the age for upgrades. I had already collected a few competitor estimates when I met Berto at a nearby job site. I asked him for an estimate, and he returned with clear numbers within 30 minutes. I was amazed by the turnaround. Berto delivered a price that fit my budget and a timeline that worked perfectly for everyone. Ultimately, I was highly impressed by the quality of their materials, their strong warranty, and the professionalism of the entire crew.”

“Not the type of person to leave reviews but I was more than impressed with Bartlett Roofing and Devyn the sales rep. After a windstorm came and ripped a bunch of shingles off our roof I was told to give Bartlett a call. I’m so glad I did. Devyn was there to document everything within 12 hours. He also Handled everything on the insurance end, making the entire process stress free. Devyn stayed in communication with me through every step of the way, and was quick to answer any of my questions and concerns. Instal day was a breeze, 1 day in and out. They did a fantastic job on the install and even better on the clean up. Devyn even came buy to do an extra once over for nails to make sure the yard was safe for my daughter to play. Beyond impressed. I would recommend Devyn and his crew any d”

“We are very pleased with the work Bartlett Roofing did for us (complete reroof with multiple upgrades and gutter replacement). From start (thorough explanation of options, pricing, timing, process, etc) to finish (quality cpntrol's "total satisfaction" concern) there was constant communication with members of the Bartlett team. We have worked with many "home improvement" companies over the years and have never had such exceptional communication. Highly recommend.”

“Had some weather damage to my roof. Bartlett rep came and checked it out. Then he worked with my insurance company and got it all worked out with them. After approval from the insurance inspector, the Bartlett team swooped in and completed the entire roof replacement in one day. Just a great job by the sales rep and the roofing team.”

“We had storm damage to our aging room earlier this year, so when Alex showed up and asked to see our roof, I was happy to have him look. He immediately identified ths damage and then smoothly walked me through filing a claim with my insurance, told me all the steps that they would be taking, and even showed up to help our adjustor identify damage. We qualified for a total replacement, and a fix for a leak that had occurred. It was SO nice to work with an honest contractor that was open about the process, and didn't dump unexpected differences in cost onto me. They even did a couple of fascia repairs for me and the results are perfect. The new roof looks really lovely and I am deeply impressed with Bartlett. I will be recommending them to everyone!”

“Bartlett Roofing did a great job last week ripping off our old roof and installing a new one. Berto was friendly, efficient, timely and thorough in handling the details of our installation. The crew took the extra time to spread tarps to catch nails and debris falling off the roof and cleaned up really well too. Our new roof looks fantastic and was done so well by the entire team from Bartlett. Thank you Berto for coordinating and your friendly smile.”
