FOOTHILLS OVERHEAD DOORS LLC

Foothills Overhead Doors LLC works out of Bono, TX and handles overhead door projects for houses and businesses across the area. The outfit has operated since 2007 and stays busy with both new installs and repairs in a region where heat, wind, and sudden temperature shifts wear down tracks, springs, and panels faster than in milder climates. Local homeowners often need help with garage doors that stick or fail after storms, while commercial properties count on durable rolling steel setups to keep daily access reliable without constant breakdowns. They focus on straightforward service calls that match the practical demands of Texas properties rather than overbuilt solutions.

The crew takes on residential door replacements including custom sizes, motor operators for easier daily use, and full commercial jobs such as heavy rolling steel doors plus the operators that run them. Work starts with a site check to measure openings and assess existing hardware, then moves to removal of old units, installation of new tracks and panels, and testing for smooth operation. In Bono this means dealing with dust and humidity that can jam rollers or corrode parts, so they carry common replacement components on the truck to finish most jobs in one visit instead of leaving doors unsecured overnight. Commercial accounts get priority on larger rolling steel systems that see heavy truck traffic, with attention paid to safety edges and weather seals that hold up under repeated cycles.

Homeowners around Bono keep coming back because the team shows up when promised, gets the mechanics working right the first time, and keeps costs in line with what the job actually requires without padding the bill. Communication stays direct with clear explanations of what failed and why a certain fix makes sense, which cuts down on repeat visits. Speed matters when a door is stuck open during bad weather, and the quality of the hardware they use holds up through the local conditions without quick wear. “Door spring SPRUNG on Saturday ... could not get a spring at any local store for 5 days, they must all use the same wholesale provider. I texted Joe at Foothills Overhead on Sunday afternoon, not expecting a call back until Monday... I received a confirmation of my needs on Sunday and on Monday morning at 6:30 was told a tech could be here at 8am... I know this is not normal, but they fit us in. Arrived On Time and was done by 8:30 am. Clean, polite, professional and confident... His work proved it. - Brenton was his name. I know this can't always happen this way for most projects, but even if they didn't get it done for days, it would have been worth the wait... which we didn't have to do. Thank you Joe, Brenton & Foothills Overhead Doors LLC !”
