Acumen Contracting LLC

Acumen Contracting LLC operates as a licensed general contractor out of Bryant in Central Arkansas, where they have focused on roofing and storm damage work since 2007. They cover Little Rock and the surrounding region with straightforward roofing services that include fixing hail battered shingles, handling trees that land on roofs, and addressing water intrusion that shows up where it does not belong. Homeowners in this area often deal with severe weather that knocks out roofs and creates insurance headaches, and this company steps in to manage those exact problems without making the homeowner learn the claims process themselves. They combine roofing repairs with water damage fixes and full insurance claim support so the job gets done from start to finish.

Roofing crews in Central Arkansas spend a lot of time on storm restoration jobs because heavy rain, hail, and high winds hit regularly and leave behind damaged shingles, leaks into attics, and compromised structures. Acumen sends teams out to inspect the damage, document what needs replacing, work directly with insurance adjusters on the paperwork, and then complete the actual roof replacement or repair. They also handle the follow up water damage inside the home when leaks have already started, which keeps the project moving without the owner having to coordinate multiple outfits. This approach cuts down on delays that usually happen when homeowners try to chase down separate roofers and claims specialists on their own.

Customers in the area keep coming back because the work shows up on time, holds up through the next round of storms, and comes in at a price that matches what was quoted without surprise add ons. The communication stays clear from the first inspection through the final cleanup so homeowners know what is happening and when. Speed on emergency calls after big weather events, solid quality on the finished roof, and fair pricing on both labor and materials all add up to steady repeat business and referrals. “I chose to put IKO Dynasty "Driftshake" on my roof after doing a lot of research. Richard was very patient with all of my questions and drove down a couple of different times to leave samples with me. During my research I noticed that it was difficult to find several pictures of the same house/shingles, to see how the sun changed the appearance. I am uploading several from different angles to help someone in the future. As soon as I chose the color, the began 2 days later. It took them 2 days to finish from start to end. I am beyond happy with the finished product! Definitely was worth spending a little more to get a roof like this.”

“After recent strong straight-line winds, some shingles came off our roof. I contacted Acumen Contracting, and they were there the very next day. Their service was excellent, and their communication was top-notch. Highly recommend!”

“Title: Exceptional Service: Above and Beyond I recently had the pleasure of receiving roofing services from Richard and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. What sets Richard, apart is not just the quality of his work, but his unparalleled dedication to customer satisfaction. Initially, I contacted Richard,to inquire about repairing a leak in my roof. To my surprise, not only did he promptly respond, but he also offered to assess the issue free of charge. Upon inspection, he identified multiple areas of concern beyond the initial leak, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to thoroughness. What truly amazed me was Richard 's generosity. Despite the additional repairs needed, he graciously offered to fix everything without charging a penny. Their genu”

“Excellent service! I contacted them about a leak over my garage. Richard was able to come out quickly and assess my roof and repair the leak. He also let me know I had some storm damage I was unaware of.”

“Rick did a fabulous job in finding and repairing a leak in our sun room roof. We had been struggling with this for way too long - Rick came by, assessed the problem, waited for the rain to make sure he found exactly where the problem was - repaired and coated the roof. He worked quickly and was always on time. So glad to have that checked off the list of things to do and should we have any other roof issues - I wouldn't hesitate to call Acumen or to recommend them to friends and family. Great work at a fair price”

“Rick was very responsive and informative. Had an issue with my roof and he was there in less than 24 hours to take care of it. He was extremely professional and polite. I will most definitely use Acumen for all my future roofing needs and would encourage you to do the same!”

“Our roof was so bad that our insurance company was going to cancel our policy. I called Acumen and spoke to Rick. He walked me through the options available and gave us a very competitive price. We had our roof done in 2 days and the clean-up was great. We love our new roof and have been getting many compliments on it. I would highly recommend Acumen to anyone.”

“I am not a fan of how they have been soliciting in NWA, I had a guy just think coming inside a garage to drop off their advertisement instead of coming to the front door was ok. He just walked in my garage when the front door was 20 feet further.... That is not a great way to get any business after a recent storm. I do not recommend this company at all.”

“I love and certainly appreciate the Professional and the Excellent quality of workers who were assigned to do our roofing needs. The workers were well prepared and they went to work. Words can not aptly explain how well these workers took charge and knew their responsibilities. I must say that they were so well organized and professional that they merit all of the accolades that can be given. They cleaned up after the completion of the job. They even swept my carport. Acumen Contractors deserves an A-Plus . Good Job and I will tell everyone that I know to contact Acumen Contractors in Arkansas, and ask for Richard, Thank you for giving me this opportunity to Rate this company. Excellent!”
