“We started our new roof process with Josh Dupuis. His knowledge and communication made the entire process smooth and stress free. From beginning to end, he stayed in contact with both my husband and me. Any questions we had were quickly answered. He knew we had beloved furbabies and considered them when discussing the work, the debris and the time it would take. Our new roof started 22 July 2025. “Joshua was my point of contact from start to finish. By the time I had the pleasure of meeting with him I had met with about 6 other roofers. Joshua was the first person to come into my home and treat me like a person. He was patient and kind. He took the time to hear all of my concerns and questions and answered everything so that I understood what steps needed to be taken and what was going to be done. After the initial inspection and sit down I was sold! He continued to go above and beyond providing updates and taking my calls as needed for further explanations. His crew arrived around 630 the day of the build and they were done by I believe 5pm. No mess was left and my roof looks amazing!
