PREMIER ROOFING LLC-L

Premier Roofing LLC-L runs a family owned roofing operation out of Cabot where they have handled local jobs for 17 years. The crew specializes in Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingle systems along with full roof replacements, repairs, and inspections that often tie into storm damage restoration. They work from their location on South Pine Street and hand out detailed reports on roof conditions before any work starts. Homeowners get a five year labor warranty plus full manufacturer registration on the materials installed. This approach fits the steady demand for solid roofing fixes in an area that sees plenty of weather wear on older homes.

Roofing crews in Cabot deal with intense summer heat that cracks and curls shingles over time along with sudden storms that rip sections loose or drive water under the edges. The team heads out to check attics for leaks, pulls off damaged layers down to the decking, and puts in new underlayment that stands up to wind driven rain. They handle insurance backed restoration after hail or high winds hit, making sure flashing around vents and chimneys gets sealed tight so water stays out. Jobs often involve climbing steep pitches to replace entire slopes or just patching problem spots before they turn into bigger leaks inside the house. The focus stays on getting the structure watertight again without dragging the project out longer than needed.

Homeowners keep coming back because the crews show up when promised, finish the work without cutting corners on the materials, and keep costs in line with what was quoted upfront. Clear talk from the first visit through cleanup avoids the usual back and forth that drags out other roofing jobs. The roofs hold together through another round of rough seasons without callbacks for fixes. DIRT Score 4.73 from 153 reviews on Finds.

“I am beyond pleased and grateful that I trusted Premier Roofing, LLC with my roof replacement. The owner of Premier Roofing, Keith and his wife Lindsey provided exemplary customer service. This is a family owned and operated local business. Together Keith and his wife run this business, and they have been using the same “roofing crew” for the last 17-years which I thought was awesome. This is a highly commendable team! If you are wanting/needing roof repairs or replacement done and want high-quality work done by a trustworthy business with fair & transparent pricing, I highly recommend Premier Roofing, LLC. Keith is knowledgeable, he has a multitude of certifications, he's honest, responded promptly to calls and texts, and he went above and beyond to make this experience as simple as poss”

“Had a great experience with Keith and his workers. This was absolutely the most organized contractor I have ever dealt with. Friendly polite, timely, takes pride in his work and company. Would highly recommend Keith and the rest of the crew at Premier Roofing for you roofing needs. Don’t forget to ask about their property protection system.”

“This is going to be extremely long but please read to the end. First, Keith is the most professional roofing business owner out there. I doubt you will find anyone as passionate about roofing and making sure their customers are happy like Keith does. I just had a complete roof replaced by Premier roofing and his team. Carlos and the team knocked it out the park. I called a total of 6 roofing companies. All had 4.8 and above google reviews with A+ BBB ratings and 10 years minimum experience in the business. One company I spoke with seemed very incompetent on even what shingles they installed or what their labor warranty was. I had 3 actually come out so I could meet with them. I had narrowed my search down to two from the six. Keith just impressed me from our first meeting. He is very detai”

“Keith and his crew are without a doubt the best you can get in home roofing and repairs. I had solar installation damage which required a complete roof replacement. Keith worth with me throughout the entire process, provided me with quotes and advice in dealing with the solar provider who caused the problem. After months of headaches with the solar provider, Keith and Premier Roofing, LLC came out and installed a new roof with new sub roof wood that really improved the overall condition of my house. The crew was professional and were very careful to provide A+ quality. I recommend this roofing company over any others that may try to win you with price. You get what you pay for.”

“Choosing Premier Roofing is the equivalent of winning the lottery. Kieth is truly a jack of all trades and his team are extraordinary. There is not a single business that I trust more than this one. The quality, service, expertise, and craftsmanship are AMAZING. We had our roof, some of our decking, and chimney cap replaced. My family and I are beyond pleased with the results, they exceeded our expectations and I’m sure that they will exceed yours too.”

“Keith and his crew were very professional and extremely friendly. The job was completed in one day. We weren’t really inconvenienced at all. The roofing crew also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely hire them again if needed.”

“This is a great company to work with, the owner Keith was helpful when choosing my materials, very friendly atmosphere with no pressure. My roofing job was started and completed exactly as was quoted. I am thrilled with the end result, my house looks fantastic. The roofer’s worked from sun up to sun down, were professional and cleaned up the property after they were finished. Very reputable company, highly recommend.”

“Premier Roofing replaced our roof and did extensive repairs and replacement of our wood soffit and fascia. Keith Carothers and his crew did an excellent job and completed the job within three days. I would definitely recommend this company and Keith Carothers as the owner and look forward to working with them again.”

“Keith was very up front and informative from start to finish. Communication was great. Lots of pics and video on the customer portal. Keith puts a lot of work into selling himself and the company. There is effort and caring in his work and company. They use great products and do great work. Give premier Roofing a shot. You won't regret it.”

“Keith and team are absolute professionals. From the initial call to job completion communication and explanations were timely and clear. This is not you normal “shows up the day after a hail storm” roofing company. They are pros that have been in the community for a long time. I highly recommend.”
