“Like many families in Godley, we were impacted by the catastrophic April storm and chose HomeOver because we had trusted local recommendations. They did a great job acting as the liaison with our insurance company, which made that part of the process much easier. Unfortunately, our experience with the roof replacement itself was disappointing. Communication with our Project Managers (Brittani and Mitch) was inconsistent, and at times left us feeling confused and questioning whether we had made the right choice. We trusted them to oversee the installation while we were out of town. After being told everything had been inspected and completed properly, we returned home to wavy and crooked shingles, damaged gutters that had been spray painted to cover scratches, nails and debris throughout the property, gutter pieces left on our outdoor lighting, shingle overhang, and exposed flashing that hadn't been visible before. Josh and James responded quickly and HomeOver reimbursed us for part of the gutter damage, which we appreciate. However, weeks later, we're still finding workmanship issues that should have been caught during the final inspection. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but after this experience, I can't recommend HomeOver.
