“We desperately needed a new roof and I just happened to know a great roofer. Full disclosure: Sam is an old friend, so I knew I could trust him to get the job done the right way. His roofing team took great care when they re-roofed our home and it really looks picture perfect. It’s never fun dealing with insurance, but Sam’s team helped us navigate the claims process and made everything as easy as it could possibly be. “During the big wind and hail storm last May, we had a limb fall on our roof. We called our insurance company who sent someone out who told us there wasn’t any real damage and they would not pay anything. We knew that made no sense. There was an actual hole in our roof. We called Sam at Skye and he came out and created a detailed report for us to send the insurance company. Dealing with insurance is such a headache, but Skye helped us navigate the process, I’m not sure we could have done it without their help. The insurance company finally agreed to replace our entire roof after looking at the photo evidence Skye sent to our insurance company. The roof itself looks fantastic, and you can tell they put real care into their work. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. “Sam has been great and we would not hesitate to recommend Skye Roofing for anyone who needs their roof done, or any number of other tasks. They have come out and replaced our roof several years ago and contracted gutter work. Years later we called to have them install solar attic vents for us. They came out to look, gave us a quote, and that same day they installed them. They have been available anytime we have needed someone just to look at things on our roof and do minor repair from trees rubbing along edge. He was even willing to pull out years old records to find info on our shingles for me when I didn't think I could find my paperwork. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and to any of our family members and friends. We sing their praises every chance we get. Thankfully, we have been lucky with hail missing our house since he first put the roof on , and we have had no problems with it. When it's time to replace it we will definitely have them do the work.
