“Ben Besst truly is the BEST! He is the reason we chose Superior One to replace our roof and gutters—AGAIN. Superior One, with Ben leading the way, replaced our roof and gutters in 2016, and ten years later, we did not even consider looking anywhere else. Ben earned our trust then, and he has absolutely earned it again. He made an excellent shingle recommendation—UL Class 4 Impact Resistant—that helped reduce our insurance premium, and he also recommended three solar-powered vents that have noticeably reduced our attic temperature. As a business professional, Ben is a man of outstanding character, focused drive, and genuine integrity. He is knowledgeable, dependable, and truly knows his stuff! We could not be more pleased with Ben and Superior One, and we highly recommend them!”

“We were looking for large deck with a couple customizations on a gradual sloping grade. We wanted a built-in, 6 ft. privacy wall and stand alone posts for triangular sail shades. Met with Adam and Ivan and they explained the pros and cons of what we requested. We agreed on a 20’x24’ cedar deck and the requested customizations. The city permits were attained by Adam. The construction of the deck when smoothly with the exception of a few rainy days. Every step was explained and questions were encouraged and answered. The deck was completed as we had envisioned. Adam, Ivan and crew were also good enough to attach the hardware and sail shades. We couldn’t we more pleased with the final product. Want to thank Adam, Ivan and crew for their hard work and professionalism. This is the second major project that Superior One has completed for us in the past year. We will definitely use again. “My family and I had repairs to a bathroom and a floor replacement due to pipes breaking during a freeze in February. The work was done well, but the main reason I went for 5 stars was based on communication. Adam and the rest of the team were excellent at returning calls, sending pictures, and helping my wife and I understand what they were working on and what was coming next. That has been the best part of working with Superior One and would recommend checking them out if you need home repair.”

“Adam and Robin from Superior One Roofing did an excellent job leading their team in repairing our roof, gutters, siding, a couple of window screens, and fence/pergola staining. Our city inspector commented that the end product was of high quality, and visually everything looks great as far as I can tell. For that work, I give them a solid "A". Now here's where it gets interesting. We did run into one stressful issue where their truck driver had driven over our backyard lawn in order to position the garbage trailer, which completely tore up our grass. Superior One not only took ownership for the damage, but immediately scheduled a professional landscaping company to come 2 days later to re-level the entire yard and re-sod every inch of grass that the truck had driven over. They even inspected our sprinkler system to verify whether the weight of the truck had damaged any of our sprinkler pipes or heads. The yard looks as if the truck incident never happened (the new grass actually looks better than our old grass did before to be honest), and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. To add to that, they gifted us with cash cards to make up for a dinner my wife and I had missed due to the truck incident that evening. Unfortunately mistakes happen once in a while, but the way that Superior One immediately responded and took full accountability for their mistake tells me all I need to know about the integrity and professionalism of this company. For the way they responded to their driver's mistake, I give them an "A+". Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this company for your roofing and home repair needs.
