BIG M ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC-U

BIG M ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC-U operates as a family-owned outfit right out of Centerton. They focus on roofing work along with broader construction needs across the local area and nearby spots in Northwest Arkansas. The crew handles everything from basic roof fixes to larger jobs that tie into home remodeling projects. Homeowners in this part of the state often call on them when storms hit hard or when insurance paperwork piles up after weather damage. Their setup keeps things straightforward with free estimates and direct help on claims so folks do not get stuck dealing with adjusters alone.

Roofing crews like this one tackle shingle replacements, full roof installs, and leak repairs that pop up after heavy rains or high winds common around Centerton. They also step in on remodeling tasks that involve roof lines or structural tie-ins. The process starts with a site visit to check the damage then moves to clear quotes that cover materials and labor. Insurance claim assistance means they walk through the steps with customers to document issues and push paperwork forward without extra delays. This kind of work shows up often here because the weather swings between hot summers and sudden storms that beat up older roofs fast. Homeowners face constant pressure from those elements so a crew that shows up ready with the right tools and knows the local building quirks gets the job done without dragging things out.

Customers in the area keep coming back because the work holds up against the rough conditions and the crew stays in touch throughout each project. Speed matters when leaks start indoors and quality shows in how the new roofs last through the next season. Price stays reasonable without hidden add-ons and communication keeps everyone on the same page from the first call to the final walkthrough. These points add up across many jobs and build the track record that stands out. DIRT Score 4.68 from 106 reviews on Finds.

“Big M, Malvin and his crew were easy to deal with. We had a bathroom remodel designed and they paid attention to every detail and had methodical execution. They have done excellent work and it shows in these pictures !”

“My wife decided to freshen up a 2 year old home that we bought. Small job by comparison to most of the renovations tha they do. So does she stop at “freshening” and putting in the flooring that she likes? Not a chance!! Modify cabinets for a trash can drawer, ceiling fans, extra baseboard in places, a concrete pad and hideaway fence for trash cans, and finally a fancy pantry (as if the walk-in pantry already there was not nice enough, lol). These guy went through this house and detailed every inch of it! Window caulk, touch up paint, trim caulk, etc. they really made it new again! Thank you”

“These guys made my dreams come true in TWO DAYS!! I wanted skylights out in my living room, I had 3 different companies come out and look, nobody wanted to do it. Big M Roofing was absolutely phenomenal! They talked through the options, and were the only company who got on my roof to look at placements during the consultation! I’m so happy with my 3 skylights and their crew was so kind while I was in and out of the house!”

“I had several repairs needed at my home. The main repair was my shed. It needed a new door, boards and roof replaced. They did a fantastic job on the roof. I highly recommend Big M Roofing.”

“No job is too small for Big M! I contacted them to fix the gate of our fence. The turnaround time from getting a quote and the actual repair took only a couple of days. Their crew came and finished the repair even on a weekend! So much respect for their dedication. PS - The gate was immediately put to the test cause we had those thunderstorms and high winds the next day and I am happy to report that they held up very well.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience with Big M Roofing and Construction Company. This friendly, family-owned business was professional, dependable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done thoroughly and with top-notch quality. The work they did on my roof was excellent—you can really tell they take pride in what they do and care about their customers. It’s rare to find a company that combines craftsmanship, honesty, and a personal touch the way they do. I highly recommend Big M Roofing and Construction to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality roofing or construction work. They truly went above and beyond!”

“We renovated our downstairs bathroom and called Big M because my parents had recently used them. We were very pleased with the experience from start to finish! The owner personally met with us to consult and measure as well as stopped by often. He was responsive by phone/text and gave me huge piece of mind by the proactive communication. His crew were polite, professional, and very thoughtful. Of course, once you start opening up walls and flooring, you never know what your are going to get -- but Malvin anticipated the possibility and told us up front so we were actually prepared to deal with it from a cost/time perspective. The end result was just gorgeous. I picked unique tile that had waves in it and the installer took great effort to ensure that all the waves lined up! That ”

“I always love supporting local businesses, especially when they’re cordial, professional, and friendly. I'm grateful Malvin was able to fit me in for a repair before we sold our house. He thoroughly inspected the roof and took care of the necessary fixes caused by recent bad weather. He also checked the life of the roof and provided those notes for us as well. Thank you to Malvin and the team for the excellent service!”

“We had several projects in mind to update our home, but when the Rogers tornado came through and damaged our roof and siding, our priorities shifted. Thankfully, we already had a meeting scheduled with Big M Roofing. When I spoke with Malvin, he agreed to include the repairs along with our planned updates, which made the entire process so much easier. Malvin and his crew were incredibly efficient, tackling both the repairs and our updates with precision. I truly felt like a priority throughout the entire project, and Malvin was always responsive whenever I had questions. The estimate he provided was reasonable, and they stuck to it—no surprises. I feel so lucky to have found Big M Roofing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. If you’re looking for a team that’s responsive, skilled”
