Gateway Restoration

Gateway Restoration runs a roofing operation based in Chandler, Texas. They focus on roof work for houses around the area where the Texas heat bakes shingles and sudden storms bring wind or hail that knocks things loose. The crew knows the local houses and the way roofs take a beating from years of sun and the occasional rough weather that rolls through east Texas. Homeowners in Chandler call them when leaks show up in attics or when old roofing starts to fail and needs attention before water gets inside the walls.

Roofers here spend time checking for weak spots around vents and chimneys where flashing gives out first. They tear off old layers when needed, put down new underlayment, and nail down fresh shingles that can handle the temperature swings. Jobs often involve fixing storm dents on asphalt or replacing sections after branches fall during high winds. Crews also make sure gutters line up right so water runs off instead of pooling against the house. In Chandler the work means getting up on hot roofs early and finishing before the worst heat hits, while keeping the job site clear of debris that could damage yards or driveways.

Customers keep coming back because the crew moves fast when a roof needs attention after bad weather, does the work so it lasts without callbacks, charges what was quoted with no added fees, and answers questions straight during the whole process. That steady approach shows up across the feedback on how the jobs go from start to finish. DIRT Score 4.81 from 382 reviews on Finds.

“I am so glad I called Gateway Restoration. Justin arrived precisely when he said he would and was able to effectively assess my water damage situation. I greatly appreciated his level of expertise & for giving me an honest assessment of where the damage was coming from & actionable next steps on remediation. It was easy to see why Gateway Restoration has an A+ rating with the BBB, which seems to be very rare in this field. Justin & Gateway Restoration will be my first call moving forward for any restoration needs!”

“Gateway was incredible with the process of mitigation and restoration of a leak in our kitchen! Brandon was thorough, professional, clean, and helpful as he worked and explained the process of what he was doing and the next steps so we would know what to expect moving forward. Tim did an amazing job of walking us through the plan, costs, and details of the process. We were so comfortable with everything as the tear down and clean up was completed because of the clear and direct communication from the team. “Very knowledgeable and helpful. The techs were extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend Gateway Restoration to anyone in need of emergency repairs to remodeling quotes and beyond. They handled all my plumbing needs efficiently without the crazy high prices of most plumbing companies.”

“I highly recommend Gateway Plumbing and Restoration Services after the professional work they did at my house yesterday. Repair needs had accumulated after a 20-year-old remodel project. They repaired shower, tub, faucets and toilet, installed a new sink and faucet, did carpentry work, and repaired an unframed glass shower door that was sagging. They worked great as a team with Danjee, who was in charge, and produced very professional results. My greatest fear was the frameless glass shower door that I knew could break during the repair if not handled correctly. The door had sagged on its hinges and was hitting the glass shower wall when closed. Flawlessly they moved the door back into its straight position and repaired a hinge. Very impressive! All the work was done with the same skills. ”

Communication was clear, the work area was kept clean, and the repair was done right the first time. Very professional experience from start to finish. Next time I have a leak they will be my first call!”
